Dog Boarding in Nokesville

OMG, I almost forgot to leave my review for Chaoran. Awesome, awesome, awesome! My Cooper stayed with her and her family for 2 weeks and he was so happy with them. I would definitely recommend Chaoran and will use her again if she's available during my next trip.

Ashley is super sweet and so kind! She loved on our fur baby and he was so relaxed and chill when he came back:) She kept me updated on how he was doing and it was such a pleasure having you watch Scout for us! Thankyou!

Stacie kept our two dogs and was wonderful to work with. One of our dogs is older and she took extra special care of her and made us feel very comfortable in leaving her while we went away. We’d highly recommend her for boarding!

Maria is a very friendly person and Kaia took to her immediately. She has a beautiful home, and she was good at communicating how things were going. Loved the pics she sent.

She is fantastic, her home is ideal for the dog care with a big fence yard, she and her husband are loving and caring with my dog, he is always happy to stay there. Sends photos and updates often

Rachel and her family were just wonderful with my dogs. She is attentive and accommodating and just clearly loves dogs. She kept me up-to-date on how the dogs were faring and provided fun pics. The environment at Rachel's is ideal—with a fenced-in back yard and a screened-in back porch, the dogs had ample time to wander off-leash and soak up the sun in a protective environment. If she will have us back, we hope to return to Rachel's again and again. Thanks, Rachel!

Unfortunately our dog suffered from separation anxiety during her boarding; however, Stephen was so patient and very attentive to our dog during a challenging stay. We appreciated Stephen and his family for trying to comfort not only our dog, but also us. We thank Stephen for his efforts and excellent care of our dog by constant communication of our dog's condition. Stephen was very intuitive about our dog's situation and behavior and was able to calm her and make her feel safe. Stephen is an excellent dog sitter and we would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of dog boarding.

Caroline was excellent in taking care of our dog for a full day. She was highly communicative and welcomed us into her house to show the setup. She also provided photo updates twice on how our dog was adapting. I highly recommend her!

Ana was amazing with our dog! She was warm, reliable, and super accommodating with our schedule. Our fur baby felt comfortable with her right away. She kept us updated and went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

When one plans a vacation for the family, it’s not perfect unless the dog sitter is excellent. Darnell is top notch! This was our first experience with Darnell. We have other sitter’s but I wanted to find someone closer to our home. From my first outreach to our last communication, our family knew our two-year-old Golden Retriever was in the best of care! Our initial visit at Darnell’s home was well-organized and attentive. Let’s just say our Golden boy was super happy to explore and to meet his dogs. Darnell was nice and he was thorough asking questions that put us immediately at ease. Darnell provided quick responses to any of my outreaches and always included a daily script of our Golden’s well-being and his often playful/goofy moments. He included daily photos as well ;) Our Golden arrived at Darnell’s being treated with a double-ear infection, but that was no problem. Darnell gave our boy his daily meds, and he came home in tip top shape. In truth, his coat was super soft, well brushed, clean and he smells great!!! I was impressed! Our animals become a member of the family and I must say that leaving one’s pup with a stranger is hard…period. Darnell did everything right and good. He’s a five star Rover sitter, but more importantly he’s become our friend. Thank you, Darnell. We appreciate all you did for our boy so we could enjoy our vacation. Not only will I continue to board our Golden Retriever at Darnell’s home, but will refer our friends to him.

Mike and Jamie were amazing with our boy! It was a last minutes booking and they were able to accommodate our different times and everything. They kept us updated with pictures and Jasper was as comfortable as ever with them. We will definitely be using them in the future and recommend x100!

We had a great experience boarding our two dogs here. They came home clean, happy, and clearly well cared for. Communication throughout was also excellent. Highly recommend!

Hannah made me comfortable from the beginning, she was immediately hands on when dropping off my elderly schnauzer. I was provided with daily updates and pictures throughout the course of the boarding. Snoopy and I are looking forward to seeing her again. :)

John & Joanna - Were excellent hosts! Our puppy loved being there and became part of the family while we were away. They were also exceptionally accommodating when we needed to make adjustments to our booking. We will definitely be using them again.

Mike and his entire family are wonderful pet sitters. I boarded my dog with them while I was having some extensive work done in my condo. Mike sent me updates with pictures and messages several times a day, which was greatly appreciated. I no longer have a backyard for Leia to play in, so she had a wonderful vacation! I will definitely use Mike again when I need to board Leia.

Noelle is a very caring and generous person. She took wonderful care of our puppy Jack, which included updates and photos. My family and I were unworried while we were aware, knowing that Jack was in Noelle's care. Thank you again, Noelle & family!

Jim kept our Millie over Thanksgiving weekend and she was so well cared for! He dispensed medication, took her on lots of walks, played tug and chase and fetch with her and sent us photo updates daily. It’s such a relief to have a trusted sitter to care for our pup while we travel out of town. Millie made herself right at home at Jim’s house which speaks volumes to how well he cares for the pets he welcomes into his home. Millie will definitely be spending more time with Jim in the future!

Wow! I can’t say enough great things about Martha and the way she took care of our babies (Logan and Chance). This was our first time leaving them for an extended amount of time with anyone other than friends or family. Martha took care of our babies with such love and care. We greatly appreciated the videos and pictures we received daily. They were both so happy and having fun you could see it in their faces thank you Martha for taking care of our littlest loves. This is their first but definitely not last stay with you. Thank you a ton.

Our one year old Maltese, Major, had a wonderful week staying at the lovely home of Barry (and family). Barry has a heart for dogs and Major felt very welcome there.

Heather took great care of our three pups. She sent lots of photos and kept us updated all weekend. Pups came home happy and tired. Definitely recommend!
