House Sitting in North Springfield

Sarah has now sat for our dogs twice. They both love her and she took wonderful care of them. I plan to hire her again next time we head out of town. She is a kind, honest, reliable dog sitter.

Elizabeth was great with Kirby . She kept me up to date on the visit with pictures and texts. She also did extra house work on top of it, washing the dishes. I will definitely use her again!!

Took amazing care of both my dogs and my home! My one dog was having stomach issues all week and she took amazing care of her needs + gave daily reports! Would absolutely book again.

Ray followed our dog’s schedule, sent regular updates and photos, and left our house in great shape. I felt totally at ease the whole time we were away, and appreciated Ray’s flexibility for our rather late scheduling :) Highly recommend and will use again!

Matthew did a great job taking care of Boba and our home over the weekend! He provided many updates and Boba seemed very happy when we got home! Definitely recommend and would book again in the future!

I have never felt so secure leaving my pups behind! They showed genuine care and concern for our dogs. Before our trip they FaceTimed with us and asked good questions about the dogs, their personalities, and their needs and schedules. We also met in person so the dogs could meet them before we left. During our trip Anna and Hieu sent daily updates with pictures. They checked the mail for us, took out the trash and cleaned up after the dogs when they got muddy giving them baths and washing blankets and sheets. I 100% would recommend Anna and Hieu to anyone who needs a dog/house sitter for a trip!!!

Dana is the absolute best, she has been watching our dog for years and clearly loves dogs. She goes above and beyond each visit to make sure our dog is well cared for and shares lots of pictures and updates which gives us peace of mind.

Camila was great! Provided daily recaps with photos and videos. She really went above and beyond. It's nice being able to travel and not worry about my baby! Will definitely book again.

Jackson was great with the pups. Sally can be slightly reactive with new people but she took to him quickly. Tucker can also be shy with newbies and he warmed right up. Respectful, clean and communicative. Highly recommend!

Isa did a wonderful job taking care of our pets while we were out of town! We loved getting updates and knew they were in great company with Isa. Strongly recommended and looking forward to the next time!

Outstanding as usual

5/5 Cat did an amazing job taking care of our two dogs while we were away for the week. She took extra care of our nervous dog during some thunderstorms and was very attentive to her and made sure the dogs got plenty of walks while working around the extreme heat!

Renee took excellent care of our dog, fish, plants and house for a 2+ week trip we took. She went above and beyond looking after our house and having it and a washed and brushed dog ready for our return! We appreciated the photos she sent to keep us updated on our dog.

Tara is amazing! She was great with my great dane mix during a stay at my house. She was understanding about all his behaviors and with administering all of his medications. She was a wonderful house guest too. But most importantly, she professionally and safety navigated a scary moment on a walk when my dog acted out and broke his leash. She was able to manage the situation and get him home safely. I am so thankful to have a had Tara to care for my dog while I was away. I will definitely book her again!!

Despite my shortcomings, he did absolutely fantastic. My dogs are like cats and he managed them well. It was their first time ever being without us and they were perfectly fine when we returned! Thanks so much!

Dustin was the first sitter I met through Rover, and I truly think I wouldn’t be able to find a better one. My dog is a Pomeranian with some aggression issues, so there are a lot of things to be cautious about. Despite that, Dustin remembered all the special instructions and handled him so well. Also, my dog is usually very shy and doesn’t warm up to anyone except me, so I was honestly shocked when Dustin sent me a video of them playing fetch together! Dustin stayed at my home to care for my dog and kept everything spotless — even cleaned up perfectly before leaving. Throughout the stay, he frequently sent me updates and photos, which made me feel comfortable. Dustin is a sitter you can truly trust. And honestly, he’s so good that I almost don’t want to share him with anyone else! 🐶💛

Nicole is so far beyond what my husband and I even thought we could hope for. She made us feel so comfortable that our super needy pup was getting love and attention the whole time we were gone. We got so many sweet updates (the pictures Nicole sent were better than 99% of the photos we had of our pup) and any deviances from the plan discussed before were communicated promptly and clearly. We're so obsessed with our fur child we didn't think we could leave her and feel 100% comfortable, but Nicole actually made that possible. The only guilt we felt the whole time was "oh wow Daisy is having so much fun doing X with Nicole, we should really make sure to do that with her more". Oh also Nicole got our pup to eat better than we even can. 10/10 miracle worker. We've already rebooked.

I cannot say enough great things about Ajia! After a negative Rover experience, I was very nervous to leave my cats alone but Ajia was absolutely INCREDIBLE! She was very communicative, and emulated (even exceeded) the level of care I give to my cats to ensure that it was a smooth transition to keep their anxiety at ease. She stayed with them through the day and slept over to be with them, and it was wildly apparent that my cats trusted her from the photos (neither were hiding, bellies out, eating their food)! Can't recommend Ajia enough, and I am so glad to finally have a consistent Rover as I will absolutely be reaching out to her for future trips!

Katherine house sat for my three kitties while I was away for a week. She kept the house in perfect order and the cats were well cared for, including medications and different food for everybody. She kept me up to date on everything without intruding on my vacation—a careful balance! I would use Katherine again in a heartbeat.
