Ashley was great, caring, friendly, and provided the best updates. Spooky is chronically ill and I felt fully safe and trusted her in Ashley’s care. I can’t recommend enough!

Margaret went above and beyond for our cats, and we appreciated how friendly she was and communicative while we were away. We will be booking her again in the future!

Sarah and Rover was such a good choice for us. 3 catz, each with distinct needs requires a special touch, and Sarah has that, and more! We are 100% satisfied with this service and will use Sarah for our pets again. Kudos to Rover!

As any viewer of Caroline W.'s reviews will see, I'm truly pleased to report she is as fantastic as they read. I could write paragraphs, but I'll highlight what really underscores her excellence. 1. Diligent and Prompt -- Caroline had reached out to me prior to our meet-and-greet and the final key pick-up and drop-offs to check-in and confirm times : this was prior to me doing so and reaching out to her. I had even expressed how this was really a pleasant surprise, and that it spoke volumes of her attention to detail; conversely, her promptness made *me feel like I was just the opposite and not paying close attention! That hasn't happened often in past experiences with many services, so Caroline really made sure we were aligned with appointments for key checkpoints in our set-up and return processes. In addition to her diligence, her promptness was actually mind-boggling. My wife and I were away on vacation, and it was no less than perfect clockwork where I'd see her check-ins literally *on the dot* for the times in the mornings and late afternoons for her visits, dead on the hour: we're not talking 2, 3, 4 minutes late, but perfection nearly every single time, with maybe one starting a *minute after the agreed time? It's ridiculous I'm even writing that last point, but to show how rigorous her punctuality is, it bears mention that Caroline was *this precise to showing up on time, every time, and 100% of the time gave her full allotted visit, with some an extra couple of minutes. Incredibly impressive. 2. Wonderful interactions with our cat -- we were able to see through our home's Ring system Caroline greeting our cat for every visit, especially as the days of our vacation wore on. The fact that Caroline would greet our cat with a clear and welcoming tone and message fit precisely how my wife and I interact with her (our cat), and just hearing the conversations between Caroline and our cat was very comforting: no doubt this "fitting into our patterns" helped with our cat's loneliness and coping with our absence, and that included spending focused time giving her simple company. Fantastic job! And lastly, 3. Being amenable to modifications and a couple of simple related tasks: Caroline was able to care for our "cat grass" and keep it thriving while we were gone, lavishing feedings to our cat when desired (most every visit); she also was able to follow our instructions by text message on how to use our "treat puzzle", since our cat was insistent on "playing it", and I know doing this gave a lot of comfort (and more treats) to our cat, and made my wife and I feel truly glad that Caroline was able to add this adjustment and make our cat feel like things were still as normal as they could be in our absence. With that, I give Caroline my highest recommendation, and can't express enough the value in having her as a drop-in sitter for our cat.
