Dog Boarding in Poplar Grove

Jennifer is just wonderful!! I was nervous dropping off my yorkie, Rhett, with someone I just met but Jennifer and her family were so inviting and made you feel so welcomed. Her knowledge and experience assured me that I had nothing to worry about. She gave me updates on how Rhett was doing while we were gone and treated him just like he was a member of the family. I know Rhett had a blast and when I picked him up he was so excited and happy. A day later he is still sleeping because of all the fun he had at her house. I know Rhett would love to come back and visit and I highly recommend Jennifer!

Jay is the absolute BEST Dog Sitter I have ever used. She is accommodating, professional, and extremely flexible to my very demanding travel schedule. Killer gets so excited when he sees her coming to the car to get him, and I know he is always in good hands with her.

Amy is an awesome sitter!! She treated Penny like one of her own and sent pictures and videos throughout her stay. I know penny will be excited to stay with her again soon!!

Our dogs seemed like they were right at home! We were provided pictures or videos each day to see how they were doing. Over all excellent communication, flexible for drop off and pick up, and very friendly and easy to work with. Will use agian!!

Very communicative before and during my cat's stay. Shared videos of her getting medicine and general condition. Simple drop off and pickup...flexible with changes along the way. I think my cat seemed less stressed than when she stays at vet boarding. Great asset to the community!

Matt was super great and communicative about my dogs stay. He was very receptive to understanding her old lady needs and let me know if there were any changes big or small, positive or negative especially with her behavior, as I was worried she may be too sassy. Finn came back relaxed and well-loved!

Raye IS AMAZING!! I was nervous about leaving Reggie but she offered calm reassurance and understanding! Throughout my trip, she sent tons of videos and pictures showing how much fun Reggie was having under her care! It was such a relief to know Reggie was being given TLC in a home environment while I was away. I wasn’t even home yet and I was already thinking about the next booking with Raye! Would highly recommend her! Especially to clingy dog moms like myself who don’t like to admit they’re clingy until it’s time to leave their dog with someone! 🤭 Thank you Raye!

Amber and family took great care of Roxie. Lots of play time indoors and outdoors with fellow boarders. Even a little swimming pool action. She had a good time and came home tired.

Cyndi did an amazing job caring for Mango. Our pup can be selective and quite anxious in new situations, but she settled in quickly and had a great stay overnight. Cyndi sent lots of pictures of Mango’s adventures which we loved to see! We will definitely book with Cyndi again.

Peyton went above and beyond. My dogs are not used to boarding and my female gave her a run for her money. Thank you for doing a great job and handling more than you bargained for.

Michelle is our go-to sitter in Richmond. She is absolutely the best and sends so many pics and updates when we’re away and miss our pup! Moose loves being there with her dog, Milo who is such a good boy!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Jenna. Mazie has been with the same sitter for almost four years and I was so worried she wouldn’t handle the change well. From the meet and greet to the daily check ins, she ensured Mazie was safe and treated like family. She made it so easy for us to take a vacation knowing our favorite pup was loved and having adventures with new puppy friends. We will be coming back again and again! Highly recommend her and her wonderful family!

We love booking with Nicole! My dog loves to explore the yard and hang out with her dog. I’m never worried about the care Luna will receive when she’s there.

This was the first time that Cali had stayed in someone’s home rather than at a kennel (or with extended family) and we just couldn’t have been luckier that her first experience was with Stephanie, Max and Callie. Stephanie was extremely responsive and sent many photos and she and Max really put our mind to rest that Cali was well taken care of. If we ever go back to Colonial Williamsburg (which was also wonderful!), we will definitely give them a call. Absolutely top notch experience. Thank you!

Our first time leaving our dog with a sitter. Amanda was very responsive and made us feel comfortable by scheduling a visit before our trip. We could tell our dog loved her time with Amanda and Scott from the daily pics we received. So much better than a kennel, thank you, we will be back!
