Dog Boarding in Potomac Mills

This is the first time I have left my dog with a pet sitter since I rescued him from a OK shelter three years ago. My dog is very quiet and timid and I was so worried that he was not going to do well with a pet sitter. Rebeca was awesome. I reached out to her with the dates I was going to be out of town. She listened to my concerns involving my dog and she even allowed me to do a meet and greet at her place so my dog could get acquainted with her dogs and I could see the surroundings/accommodations. Once I dropped my dog off so I could head out town, Rebeca gave me updates on my dog and sent pictures. Overall I knew my dog was in good hands and safe. I’m very grateful to have found Rebeca. She did a great job.

Candace was great with my dog Zoe! Zoe is partially blind and Candace assured me that she was being well taken care of with plenty of pictures and great communication. I would highly recommend her to anyone and will be using her services again. Thank you Candace!

Celina was very responsive. She sent pictures and video of Elsa every day. They watch Elsa for a day during Thanksgiving

Our cat was very calm and relaxed when we picked her up from a week's stay. Maria took excellent care of her, treated our pet as part of the family, and sent daily updates. Highly rcommend.

Sabine is a great dog sitter! She sent me an update every day with several pictures, and gave me a short synopsis of what they did that day. In the video she sent me, my dog was very happy and playing fetch with the other dogs. Sabine was even willing to meet closer to my house for pick up and a meet and greet. This has to be the best experience I’ve had with a sitter on Rover!

Marck is phenomenal with taking care of Marley and Charlie . He’s my first call when I need someone to watch them. He’s very attentive, takes lots of pictures and provides timely responses. They love being with him and his family and it shows. He’s the best!!

Tracey and her family took care of my dear dog like he was their own. I got pictures and updates throughout my trip that reassured I placed him in a caring and loving home. I would definitely recommend for anyone as opposed to a traditional dog boarding facility.

Teela was amazing! She was very responsive and accommodating. My messages always got responded right away; I also got lots of pictures with updates on my trip. Daisy is super sweet and treats Chewie well, even when Chewie doesn't get along well with other dogs. I would love to use Teela's service again soon.

This was our second time using Jacky and it was another great experience for our pup. They spoiled Cooper and made sure he was comfy the whole stay and also sent us lots of photos! Brooke took care of my puppy for 5 days and provided constant communication throughout my time away. She’s the first sitter I chosen from Rover and will be my only sitter going forward period. I’m so glad I found her on this app.

Kelly was amazing. i was very apprehensive leaving Piccolo with someone who is not family, in a foreign environment. On our meet and great he made himself at home and found a new friend with her fur baby. I fell and broke my wrist before leaving so Kelly was so kind to pick my baby up and then unfortunately came down with a flu bug on my trip and Kelly dropped him off back home. She sent updates and pictures of Piccolo . She gave him the love and attention he needed and handled his love of play and food anxiety as a true professional. I would totally recommend Kelly and use her the next time I need pup care.

Kamila and her daughter were wonderful hosts to my little gal Lola and treated her like she was their own plus Lola had a playmate in Charlie. They kept me updated throughout the day with lots of photos of all the adventures they would go on. It was so great knowing that my pup was being well taken care of. I knew Lola was in good hands and I will definitely come back when the need arises again.

We just trust Jim with our furry boy. We wish our vacation resort could allow pets, but I know Leo would have a great time with Jim in his second home. It's always a relief for us to know our doggie is in good care.

Our golden doodle puppy has stayed with Farah and Koichi on two occasions now. The most recent was during the week of thanksgiving. They sent us pictures of Teddy playing in their backyard as well as lounging in their living room. It was reassuring to hear from them how Teddy was doing during the day and see pictures of him enjoying himself. We are so happy to have found a place for Teddy to stay when we are out of town. Thank you Farah and Koichi for taking such good care of Teddy!

Nancy was great with Bruno. Each photo captured how much fun he was having. She kept him on his schedule. She also made sure he got plenty of exercise. He was wore out when I got him home. That's exactly what I needed. I will be booking her again. Thank you Nancy for being such a wonderful sitter!
