I NEVER thought I'd find someone that could take care of my German Shepherd with drop in visits in our home, let alone his own room, and then Valerie came into our lives. She is WONDERFUL, caring, and attentive. Our dog Jack can read people, and he knows she is kind and there to help. Her extra care and attention during his visits was clearly seen and felt from miles away, and the Rover cards with photos and some videos were wonderful treats to look forward to each day. Ashley is absolutely amazing! Milo absolutely adores her! It’s obvious why… she has such a wonderful caring approach and is a pleasure to have helping care for our animals! She took time out of her day to come meet us and familiarize herself with Milo’s setup before our first visit. Milo wasn’t feeling his best and she was so in tune with caring for him while we are away. We already have her booked for another visit!

Fast and easy communication, arrived on time and with great energy, and Big immediately took a liking to her (which I trust). Very kind! Upon arriving home, Big was happy happy happy. House was exactly as we left it. She even made his dog bed up for him. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you so much for your help, I look forward to booking you again :)

Amanda was so sweet! Our dogs loved her. They were a little difficult by getting muddy and having an accident in the house and she cleaned it up and took excellent care of everything!

This is our second time using Jill to care for our cat while we were away and she was fantastic again! She administered medication and spent extra time just loving on her, which means so much to us!
