Ciara is an angel on earth!! My dog George was far more anxious than I ever expected when I left him, and Ciara was the most kind and patient she could possibly be! I could not recommend her more highly! I don’t think you could possibly find anybody else other who cares so much for your dogs safety, happiness and wellbeing!!

I heard about Jay through a friend recommendation and as soon as I dropped my pup off I felt good about leaving her. She took to Jay immediately (didn’t even say bye to me) and I was updated on the activities throughout the day from the time I drove off until I picked her up with pictures and videos included. This was my dogs first real time away from home. I had tried out some daycares in the past but my dog came back sick (she needs to be watched very closely because she tries to eat ANYTHING) but she came back from Jay’s house just fine (aside from being tired from all the fun she had)! Jay’s the best.

My kitties were so happy to stay with them! Beautiful family, warm and friendly. I needed boarding for my cats and she responded QUICKLY! It was so easy and pickup was easy as well. She sent videos and everything. Highly recommend 👌 👍 👏 🙌

She was very good about providing updates; she sent photos almost daily. Scorpi is a sweet dog, but a pain in the but to deal with. He has a belly band due to a bad marking habit and needs his food ground up due to having no teeth. She dealt with both of these very well and her willingness to care for him despite these issues is greatly appreciated.

Amanda and Scott are great pet sitters. They sent a lot of pictures and made my pup feel right at home. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Stephanie was wonderful. I know my dog Sunny had a wonderful day playing with Stephanie’s pup Callie. Sunny can’t wait to go back! Loved the pictures Stephanie sent during the day

Rylee had a great stay with Lyra and Scott. This was her first time with them and I wasn't sure how she would respond, as the pandemic kept all of us close to home. We stopped by for a quick visit prior to her stay, and Lyra and Scott put me right at ease. They were kind and attentive to my dog's needs, and their kids were gentle with her. I was so pleased with how happy Rylee appeared when I came to pick her up. It was a great fit and I will definitely reach out to them again.

I scheduled kind of last minute and she was able to easily accommodate us. I was concerned about how one of my dogs would be with other dogs. She doesn't do well with other alpha dogs and it can quickly become a problem. Although she did have 2 other dogs, our dogs all got along. She did have a way to separate them should it have become an issue. Luckily, it did not. She was very open about pickup and drop-off times. If we go out of town again, I will use her in the future. I tried to leave a tip but I can't seem to figure out how to do it. She was a good sitter.

Nia had a fun time with Ryan and Stephanie family. Ryan shared very clear instructions for getting there. Nia was at home when she saw Stephanie and ran around their yard. Ryan also shared pics of Nia regularly with her watching Golf with him. Would highly recommend Ryan and Stephanie to anyone going to Williamsburg area.

As a Rover user, I encountered a challenge in finding a pet sitter with a clean and suitable space for my pet. However, I was fortunate to come across Sarah, who not only has a lovely home but also possesses excellent interpersonal skills. She, along with her adorable baby, warmly welcomed my cat Roxxy into their family. Throughout Roxxy's stay, Sarah sent me pictures of her, which was greatly appreciated.

Leaving my dogs behind always makes me nervous. From the meet and greet, to drop off and pick up, Paul and Terri made my pups feel welcomed. They kept me informed at all times and sent lots of pics which made me feel at ease while I was away. I would highly recommend them and will use them again when needed. Thanks so much for taking such good care of my kiddos. They were knocked out as soon as I got home. I can tell they had a good time me felt at ease.

We recently had the pleasure of having Matt watch our black lab, Moss, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, Matt was fantastic at communicating, ensuring we felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire time Moss was in his care. One of the highlights was the regular photo updates we received. It was clear that Moss was not only well cared for but also genuinely enjoying his time. Seeing his happy face and knowing he was in good hands made our time away much more relaxing. Matt is professional, reliable, and clearly has a great love for dogs. This was our pup's first stay away from home, and not only did Amy make it easy for him, he got so much great socialization and love and had so much fun. She sent us pictures and videos throughout the time. Such a great place for our puppy!

This is our second time with Raye, and 5-stars is an understatement on the level of care she provides. Our ladybug always makes friends and is comfortable being with her. Can’t wait to book again!

This was my first experience using a Rover, and Ashley did not disappoint! My dog was tuckered out when we picked him up and was a very happy boy!

I felt very safe and comfortable leaving our pup with Amber. She gave us frequent updates and was easy to book with. Our dog came back to us happy and healthy!

Abby was awesome! She is so sweet and responsive to messages. She sent pictures and told us how our doggy was doing while we were away. Will definitely use her services again!

Myrna was so incredible with my Daisy girl. She got so much attention, play time, and walks — it was clear from every photo she was having a blast! Myrna even went above and beyond when Daisy’s ears started bothering her and kept me updated every step of the way. Will absolutely be a repeat client!
