Dog Boarding in Rapidan

Always there for our Buddy J! Makes him (and all the dogs & cats) feel like family. Well taken of - she knows his tendencies & moods. Has the perfect setting, as he got to meet new outdoor friends. Would recommend to anyone to take care of their pets!

Nathan took great care of my two dogs, one of which is recent rescue with some medical needs that needed daily medications. I had reservations about boarding him in general, but Nathan was very reassuring and sent me regularly updates. I would highly recommend him. I’ll be using him again in the future.

She was amazing with Greta! She sent lots of updates and pictures, especially the first night, and even dressed her up for Halloween. Greta looked so happy and comfortable, I’d definitely board with her again! 🩷

Aly did a wonderful job again (second stay) of looking after my dog Margarita. She sent pictures of Margarita to me regularly during my time away from home. Margarita loves staying with her and her family. Highly recommend her to anyone considering leaving their furry friend with her!

Had both our dogs stay with Dana and they had a great time with her. She always gives updates and replies back promptly, appreciate her flexibility and communication!

Svetlana took excellent care of our beagle! She provided a loving and safe environment for our dog to stay for a week. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great dog sitter!

Very professional and caring!! We are overjoyed with the great love and attention that our sweet Harper received. They kept us well informed of her progress throughout the day with plenty of pictures. We were nervous because this was our puppy’s first time away from us overnight. We appreciate everything and could not have made a better choice by choosing Bertie. We felt comfortable knowing we could trust them to provide care for our Harper. We will definitely book again.

I absolutely am so grateful to have had the pleasure of leaving my best buddies with Paula. My older dog has some issues I was concerned with but after their stay, I feel like they have found a great place to stay when they need a sitter. Thank you Paula!

I’ve left Bullet with Jessica twice now and he’s always come home such a happy boy! I could not ask for a better pet sitter. We get plenty of pictures and updates and if there’s ever any concerns Jessica will always notify me right away and work with me while I’m away to resolve it! 😊

Charissa is really incredible working with our very active lab puppy. She helps with commands that will support his personality and growth into a well mannered and fun to be around family dog. We have boarded our puppy for a week. He is happy and has the best care- running, playing and learning.

Our two dogs stayed with Julie for 3 nights, and they received great care. Julie was very quick to respond to messages, she was kind and inquisitive, and she sent updates throughout the girls’ stay. One of my dogs wasn’t her best self while with Julie (older gal who likely needs a different environment), but Julie was very communicative and accommodating. I highly recommend her as a sitter!

Kathryn did a fantastic job watching our girl, Indy. She was communicative by sending daily pictures and updates, flexible when there needed to be changes with pickup/drop-off, and took excellent care of our dog by giving her long walks and making sure she had plenty of activity as well as cuddles. Would definitely book again!

Amber was the best! My Snickers had a blast. He was spoiled and treated with lots of love and care. I highly recommend Amber. She will treat your furbaby like her own!

Christine was very helpful and accommodating for my dog's visit. Better a quick Meet & Greet, to drop off and pick up, she was super helpful. She has an excellent set up at her home for the dogs and her own friendly dogs , that helped my Kali adjust quickly. She was the best dog sitter I've ever had for any of my dogs.

This was our first time using Rover. And I could not have been happier with our experience. Katina was exceptional. Great service. Prompt responses. And our dog came home absolutely content and happy! We will absolutely use the service again, and Katina will be our first choice!

Callie had a very fun day playing with Charlotte. They get along so well. Jennifer kept us informed and sent us plenty of pictures. Always feel good when Callie stays with Jennifer.

I can’t recommend Lindsay enough! She always takes care of our Molly like she’s her own. It really allows us to enjoy ourselves while we’re out town, knowing Molly is safe and loved!

Cynthia was wonderful! She has a nice fenced yard with agility equipment that my dog loved to play on with her daughter, and she also took my dog out for long walks, including to a dog park. She has a very sweet dog and Rufus seemed right at home with her family.

Hannah and family were very kind and welcoming to our family- especially our dog Peanut. It was obvious they were used to animals and cared for them a great deal. Highly recommend them:) Peanut was returned safe and happy and it was awesome to have that worry taken care of

Once again Cori was a wonderful help with my pups Bodie and Pixie. Bull Terriers are not always an easy breed and Pixie is still very much puppy minded. She was able to manage Pixie’s bullying of another dog without complaint. And the much calmer Bodie was treated to being allowed to sleep with Cori’s child. Wonderful lady and wonderful family.
