Dog Boarding in Richmond

We highly recommend Michelle. She watches our high energy Sheepadoodle Lucy and always takes great care of Lucy. I really appreciate that she sends pictures and updates to us daily. Lucy always has a great time with Michelle.

Matt was great with my Henry. I got timely updates and felt very comfortable leaving my co-pilot with him. Henry was super happy when I picked him up. I will definitely board again.

Jeffrey was absolutely amazing with our dog, Sebastian. He took excellent care of Seb and communicated with us faithfully. We highly recommend Jeffrey and look forward to using his services again.

Our previous sitters/boarders moved away so Robert was combed through for months to find "someone" new. Aaren and Jordon stood out and they were amazing. Great personalities and we can tell that Niko felt right at home with them. He loves attention and you can tell he got plenty of it. They took him on walks (which he needed some good exercise). We love that for him. Sufficient updates and pics which is a major plus and reassurance when we're away. I think we found our new FAVZ.

This was our first time using Rover and we were very happy to find Julie and Eric. Their communication was great, they were very enthusiastic, kind, and attentive with Tanner. We felt comfortable knowing he was being well cared for while we were away. Tanner was his normal, happy self when we picked him.

Hilary was wonderful! My dog seemed to really enjoy staying with her, and Hilary was great about providing daily updates on how my dog was doing.

Jakiya is the best. We have 2 German shepherd puppies and needed to find a boarder immediately due to circumstances beyond our control. She accepted them right away and we are very grateful. She kept us informed about anything going on with them and sent lots of pictures. She really took great care of them. Plenty of walks, playtime in the yard and lots of loving. We will definitely board our babies with her again if the need arises. Thank you Jakiya!!

Michaela was great with my French Bulldog who can be extremely stubborn when it comes to eating and walking! She was quick to respond, extremely accommodating with my change of schedule and provided updates every day!

This was our first Rover experience and Ross, Ava and George could not have been more hospitable and lovely to our Murphy 🐶 Every aspect from drop off to pickup went smoothly and Murphy seem like he felt right at home. Murphy gives a big thumbs up 👍!! Thanks again!!

Jovi had a great time with Cyndi! I was very nervous about leaving him but he was well taken care of and Cyndi sent me lots of pics and videos of the fun they had. I will rebook for sure!

Cannot recommend Alexandra enough! She’s super accommodating, thoughtful, and her communication is top-notch. Our pups clearly had a wonderful time with her!

We were so nervous to board our beagle Daisy as she is shy around strangers and very skiddish but from the second we dropped her off Amy was nothing but patient and loving with her! Every day we were sent pictures and updates about our girl and Amy did everything to make her feel at home. I could see that after a few days Daisy was comfortable and playing around with the other dogs. I am so happy to have found somewhere I can trust to leave Daisy when we go out of town. We will definitely be back!

Le’Quitta did an EXCELLENT job caring for my quirky dog, Penny! I knew my dog would be in good and safe hands the moment I met Le’Quitta. This is only the second time I’ve left my dog with a Rover sitter, and I hit the jackpot both times. Penny now thinks of Le’Quitta and her family as part of our family. I will most definitely be reaching out to her again to dog sit! This was a great experience, and I highly recommend her!! Thanks sooooo much!

Tank really enjoyed being with Myrna. She filled me lots of photos and videos while I was on vacation and I will say Tank had a vacation of his own with her. She is really good at understanding a dog’s wants and needs. She was boarding other dogs for the week he was there Tank made lots of friends. I will definitely be rebooking with her.

Carolina was so attentive and caring with Tuna and really treated her like her own ❣️ I had to go on a long trip but Carolina's consistent updates and photos left me feeling really reassured that tuna was being cared for and was having a great time as well. Care instructions were diligently followed and her experience in caring for dogs really shines ⭐✨ would definitely recommend her boarding services and will be booking with Carolina again for future needs for sure!

Raye and Ollie were great! Raye was easy to communicate with and sent many pics. Yuka can be a bit shy, and it always puts her at ease to have another dog around, so it was great she had Ollie as a buddy. Our flight came in late, and Raye was flexible in getting Yuka dropped back off at our place, so we could come home to tail wags!

Nicole and he family were amazing with Bleu, it was her first time around another dog and people and they say she was amazing to be around. I really appreciated them accommodating us at such short notice, they really love animals and trust me she loves them. She came home and it was like a kid telling you they had fun at the sleep over. Blue is a talker and boy did she say a lot when she got home lol. Thanks Nicole, hubby , and Tank welcome to our family.

Arya was so excited to return to Ms. Donetta’s! She always updates me and makes sure my pup is being taken care of. Very flexible with pick up/drop off times.
