Julie and Eric took such great care of Ollie. Julie communicated every day with photos and activities and it was clear she was paying attention to Ollie’s needs. They went out of their way to ensure he got exercise every day and was comfortable in his new environment. I think Ollie was a little disappointed to come home! Julie’s care helped me relax being away from my pup and she is absolutely my first choice of care for boarding.

Matt is the best! He always takes excellent care of our Dalmatian, and our new addition Salem the mini doxie fit right in as well! Thanks Matt!

Jeffrey was absolutely amazing with our dog, Sebastian. He took excellent care of Seb and communicated with us faithfully. We highly recommend Jeffrey and look forward to using his services again.

I can’t put into words how awesome Michelle was - she sent so many photo updates throughout our dogs stay because she knew how much we missed him. I felt so comfortable and confident leaving our pup in Michelle’s care! Her dog, Milo, was an awesome playmate for Moose and was so sweet to him! Her fenced in backyard was also such a nice space for the dogs to run around and play in. If you’re looking for an attentive, dog-loving pet sitter in Richmond, I highly recommend Michelle😊

Lauren was absolutely incredible from the moment I first reached out. She responded promptly and made setting up a Meet & Greet quick and easy. Every interaction was seamless, and I truly appreciated the regular photo and video updates of my pup — they gave me so much peace of mind. I can’t recommend Lauren enough to anyone looking for a safe, fun, and loving place for their pet, especially if your dog is high-energy like mine. Her large, fenced-in, and shaded backyard was perfect for burning off all that extra energy!

Amy was just fabulous. She was able to give the meds to my dog. She sent pictures every day with a funny captions. To be truthful I not really sure yet..but I think he misses her and wants to stay there. Lol. Thanks Amy for all you did.

Aaren and Jordon took the best care of my pup. They took her on walks with great scenery for her to explore. Most importantly they loved on her in my absence just like I would have. My pup will definitely be back!

Tank really enjoyed being with Myrna. She filled me lots of photos and videos while I was on vacation and I will say Tank had a vacation of his own with her. She is really good at understanding a dog’s wants and needs. She was boarding other dogs for the week he was there Tank made lots of friends. I will definitely be rebooking with her.

Haans loved his stay with Hilary and her husband! They frequently took him to the dog parks nearby and sent me pictures of him making new dog friends. She was very flexible when I got sick and needed him to stay another night. I highly recommend Hilary and won't hesitate to use her again in the future!

Amanda was able to take Annie on short notice. She was great at communicating and sending pictures. Annie had a great stay!

Nicole took care of my baby boy Pretzel for almost two weeks while I was on vacation out of the country. She sent me videos and pictures everyday :) I never worried about him! He loved her sweet dog Tank and I could tell he had a blast while he was there! Pretzel is currently passed out on my feet on the couch and hasn’t moved haha Thank you again Nicole and Austyn!

Le’Quitta did an EXCELLENT job caring for my quirky dog, Penny! I knew my dog would be in good and safe hands the moment I met Le’Quitta. This is only the second time I’ve left my dog with a Rover sitter, and I hit the jackpot both times. Penny now thinks of Le’Quitta and her family as part of our family. I will most definitely be reaching out to her again to dog sit! This was a great experience, and I highly recommend her!! Thanks sooooo much!

Kayla is a very conscientious and communicative person who took great care of my dog for the second time. Highly recommend!

Michaela was great with my French Bulldog who can be extremely stubborn when it comes to eating and walking! She was quick to respond, extremely accommodating with my change of schedule and provided updates every day!

Awesome sitters - my doggo had a great stay. Very easy to work with. Their Dane is uber cool too. Lots tail wagging and our two older dogs actually played and cohabitated well together.

Cyndi was wonderful with our Standard Poodle. He has medical issues and a tendency not to eat. Cyndi managed all this well. Her home is calm and structured which works very well for Maui. I very much appreciated that Maui got to be her only dog and the center of her attention while he was there. Thank you, Cyndi!

Our Molly loved hanging out with Ruben and his dog! All the details were clearly communicated and Ruben was flexible with drop off and pick up times. We loved receiving the pictures and videos during the week!

We were very impressed with the care given to Bozly by Damacia. Insightful questions were asked and his disposition was continuously communicated to us. Damacia also helped us with calming him down for a return train ride and did so with conscientiousness aforethought. Damacia is fond of dogs and it is immediately apparent that they too are fond of Damacia! We'd most definitely use Damacia again and highly recommend others to do so.. Chuck and Olga Mike

Lila took such great care of my chihuahua! She read all the instructions carefully before our meet and greet, sent lots of photo updates, and made sure she was happy and safe the whole time. I’d trust her again anytime!

This is our second time with Raye, and 5-stars is an understatement on the level of care she provides. Our ladybug always makes friends and is comfortable being with her. Can’t wait to book again!
