House Sitting in Richmond

Kyle took great care of our cat and dog while we were away for a week and a half. Our home looked exactly as we left it and our pets seemed to have a great time while we were away. Kyle sent photos and updates to us during our trip. I definitely recommend him to others looking for a sitter!

Carly has done a great job with my pets every time. She is both highly qualified and always goes the extra mile. I don't feel bad leaving the fur babies behind when I go on vacation anymore because I know they get to spend time with their favorite sitter while I'm away.

Brittany was a wonderful house sitter and zoo keeper! We have 2 large dogs, 4 cats, and 2 guinea pigs, and she did such a wonderful job caring for each pet and their individual needs. We highly recommend Brittany and will absolutely will asking her to house sit again!

Keaton did a great job with our dogs. He was regularly in contact, and was even willing to stay on when we thought we might miss our flight. He offered to leave us food since we were a tight connection and weren't going to have an opportunity to get dinner on our way home. The dogs liked him, and they're the final arbiter. 10/10 would book him again.

Amanda is fantastic! Her level of communication and ease to work with is top notch. She shared photos of my pup all throughout her stay, which made me have peace of mind that he was happy and well taken care of. She asked all the right questions ahead of the booking to make sure she could keep my dog in his normal routine. The absolute best experience!

Amber took such good care of our dog! She kept us fully updated with how it was going and sent the cutest pics! It was our first Rover experience and we would definitely hire Amber again. Our dog doesn’t love everyone but warmed up right away and had a great weekend ◡̈

Zeppy (17 years old) loves Rosemary! We are super grateful of her being able to watch him on longer trips. She provide great daily write ups and photos.

Amanda is absolutely amazing! We left our two high energy dogs with her that require a good bit of excercise everyday and she was so diligent about making sure they got it. She also sent updates and lots of pictures (which we absolutely loved)! She was also quick to mention if anything out of the norm was going on. We felt so secure leaving our boys with her and would use her again in an instant!

This was my first time using Rover - let alone letting someone house sit! After my initial meeting with Robin, I felt very comfortable as she was very attentive about all the information I gave her (taking notes!) of the place and my precious cats! Robin was very communicative while I was away to include pictures of my babies - she even provided a photo of a concerning bowel movement for my cat! Which she cleaned up very thoroughly. I was very impressed with the care she provided my cats and even to my space. Everything was exactly how I left it - clean and organized. She even washed the blanket :) Robin is the best and will exceed your expectations!

Jonathan clicked right away with my 5 month old puppy and provided her lots of play and attention while we were gone overnight! He even worked with her on her walking etiquette, provided tips, and took some great pictures of her! Our house was just as we left it. Definitely recommend!

Emily was great! I didn’t expect to need a house sitter, but my cat had a full mouth extraction a few days before I needed to go out of town. Emily gave her her medicine, fed her, and made sure she was healing okay! She brought in my packages and left everything clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend!
