Dog Boarding in Roanoke

I have only left my Nellie girl 3 times in the years I’ve had her & the first two times were quite the negative experience for all of us. I was so nervous leaving her again but Samantha (& her family) was so good to our girl. I got multiple updates daily with photos as well. Great communication throughout on Samantha’s end too! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to my friends & family!

Shannon is the best! Our dog has stayed with her many times and always comes home happy and tired. We love the updates and appreciate Shannon’s flexibility when our travel plans don’t always go to plan!

John takes such good care of our dog. She loves the one in one attention and he is so responsive with frequent updates and pics of our dog having the time of her life. I highly recommend John if you’re in need of good, responsible, responsive, loving care of your pet. A+++

I couldn't have dreamed up a better person to take care of our beloved little shih tzu, Sophie, than Ms. Paula. She was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure that all of us were comfortable with the stay. I received numerous updates with pictures which put my heart and mind at ease while away. It was abundantly clear that Sophie had a great stay and I will certainly be a repeat customer from here on out. If you are looking for top notch care for your pet from a warm, caring, and all around lovely person then I highly recommend Paula!!!

We were so fortunate to have booked with Kim! She was communicative and thoughtful. Sending updates about Lucky's stay throughout. He seemed content during his visit with her little family and other boarded pups and was happy and healthy when we brought him home. Kim even provided a parting gift which was incredibly kind. I would absolutely rebook with her! ☆☆☆☆☆

Marah is AMAZING!!! This was my first time leaving my puppy since we got her and Marah made sure to send pictures every day and keep me updated!! My Tobi has never looked so happy, she had so much fun with the other dogs!! Would 1000% recommend for boarding I will be using her again❤️

Melissa was very attuned to acclimating our little Westie to her dogs, taking extra care to make Finn feel safe and not threatened. This was our first booking through Rover.com and we were naturally apprehensive. However, Melissa and her family were friendly and accommodating. She sent plenty of pics and texts to kept us posted. Well done, good job and we’ll definitely book again.

Emily watched my two pugs for 2 nights while we went out of town. She was wonderful! Sent pictures and kept us updated. She treated them like her own and we appreciate it so very much! Would definitely recommend and use again.

Lawdy was great! I had a last minute cancellation before vacation and she was quick to help me out! Periodic updates and pictures. Would use her again!

Jessica and her family were so sweet. They greeted and welcomed Cooper right away! Jessica sent me pictures throughout his time there and responded promptly to text messages. She was also very flexible with the drop off and pick up times. We hope Cooper can stay with Jessica again soon!

Samantha was an awesome Rover! She took excellent care of my older dog and provided daily updates and photos. My pup enjoyed playing in the backyard with her dogs. Would highly recommend.

Erin and Matthew took great care of our dogs while we were out of town and always kept us updated so we knew they were comfortable. They both were happy and had been well cared for when we picked them up. Definitely will use them again.

Taylor and family were great. Our dog loved playing with her Golden. She sent pictures letting us know our dog was doing well. She was very flexible with the pick-up time since we arrived early.

This was out very first experience with Dog Vacay and Michele and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Michele watched Ruby for a couple of days and sent us pictures everyday. I immediately felt at ease knowing Ruby was happy and safe. Ruby seemed happy, rested, and CLEAN after her visit with Michele. Her home is lovely with a great backyard and Ruby seemed very at ease there. Thank you Michele!! We will definitely be calling on her again.

Our boxer, Roscoe, once again enjoyed his 8 day stay with Pam on his doggie vacation! Pam was very accommodating to our limited schedule for drop off and pick up. Couldn't have asked for Roscoe to be taken care of any better. Highly recommend Pam and her family to keep your fur-babies while away!

Donna took such good care of Buddy for us. Her home and fenced yard we're safe and dog friendly. Donna is warm, caring and communicates well and promptly. We highly recommend her services!

The absolute best people to watch the dogs! They are so friendly! My dog automatically took to them. They have a great home with a fenced in yard for the dogs to roam and play. Sent frequent photos and videos which I absolutely appreciated. Im sure my dog probably wants to move in with them, she thought she was in Vegas there. Very Highly recommended!
