Doggy Day Care in Sandy Hook

Zach has gone above and beyond! Not only has he been helping socialize our two puppies, but he spent the better part of an hour helping me get my car unstuck after the snow storm! He's been so patient and the pupps love both him and his daughter. Thanks for being such a good person!

Elizabeth and Denton are great. We are new to rover with a 6 month old puppy and could not have asked for more. Their home and property are terrific, they provided great daycare and boarding, and there was lots of fun to be had for our dog. Plus they are nice people!! Wouldn’t hesitate to ask them to watch our dog again.

Jenna did a great job. The pups came home happy and exhausted.

Chrissa & Alex provide the best experience for my sheepadoodle (Ashton) to have amazing day care fun with other dogs. The place safety first, rules and reinforce positive behaviors. We have been to free range day cares and it can put a lot of stress on dogs. Charissa ensures proper introductions. Poindexter Park is just #1 in our book. Ashton has made friends and I can ask him if he wants to visit and he knows there names with huge tail wags before we go! Dogs know best- Ash is always super excited as we get close and can’t wait to play as soon as he arrives!

Kelly was great, n her twin sister Lindsey. These girls LOVE your pet. Not just care for them. They texted me throughout the day n kept telling me how good my boy was. Their Golden Retriever Sadie is a sweetheart also. People of Richmond, put your mind at ease n hire Kelly. A++++.......

Sarah has been incredible. Our pup had some health scares, so I had to cancel on her multiple times, and she was very gracious. She also is very responsive to last-minute requests, and as quick to say whether or not she can help so I can keep looking if she’s not available. Pax had a great time practicing his tricks with her son. Thank you so much, Sarah!!

I had another sitter cancel last minute, so I reached out to Andreea for the first time in a flurry. She was extremely gracious to take him on such short notice, what a great communicator, and my pup clearly had a ton of fun at her house. Thank you, Andreea!

Pax absolutely adores Hayden and her kids. Hayden is a total animal whisperer and notices all the sweet small things that I love about him. Her kids can match his energy and play with him all day. I can’t recommend her any higher. ♥️

I can’t thank Amber enough for her amazing service at the last minute! When I found myself in a bind and needed someone to watch my angel Chili, she was extremely helpful and accommodating. The environment was welcoming, and I felt at ease leaving my fur baby in her care. My dog came home happy and exhausted from all the fun and she was only there for a few hours! If you're ever in need of a reliable and caring doggy daycare, look no further than Amber! Highly recommend!

Not enough stars to rate. The dogs weren’t anxious to have me back like the last sitter which was already a good sign. No anxiety no nothing they were completely calm(excited to have me and mom back that’s it though). You just tell the shepherds thrived in this environment and the person knew 100% what they were doing. I can’t begin to express how much I view these dogs as my children and Denise did an extremely good job and knew from the get-go how to handle my dogs. She understood their boundaries, their needs, and so much more and this is the most important things to understand when it comes to watching a dog. If you need a dog sitter I highly recommend Denise. The environment my shepherds were in was 100% safe due to Denise’s knowledge of how to handle dogs especially for long periods of times. The next time we need to have a dog sitter we will be in contact with Denise for the Eastern panhandle of WV to watch over these guys. Can’t express a big enough thank you as to take my time and point these things out so the next person that has fears can disregard them knowing that Denise has the knowledge and the skills to be able to handle any dog breed without any issues and to be able to keep them safe.
