Cheyanne is amazing and caring. As a first time user on Rover, I wasn't quite sure what to expect. But Cheyanne did a wonderful job during the drop-in visit. I know my cats are in good hands when I'm away. Will definitely book her again. Highly recommend Cheyanne!!

Truly Fantastic Care from Michala - Cannot Recommend her Enough!!!! I have been using Rover for the last 5 years, different addresses and different sitters, and can honestly say that Michala provides TOP TIER service. Exactly what you want from a pet caretaker. She came over already of time for a meet and greet, asked great questions, and listened to my tips. She sent pictures and messages every day and left my home even cleaner than she found it (even left a sweet note!!). I feel slightly conflicted even leaving this review because I want her to stay available for next time. Thank you Michala ❤️❤️
She took great care of my diabetic cat, Sarah. She needs shots twice a day. Jennifer let me know what her schedule was if there were any minor conflicts where an adjustment might be needed. We have a robot litter box which, of course, malfunctioned while we were out of town. She called and FaceTime with me so we could come up with a solution. (Sometimes those litter boxes seem more trouble than they’re worth???) Came home to a clean house and a happy cat. Thanks Jennifer!!
We were very happy with Kylie's care of Max and Tigger while we were away. She reported in each day on how they were doing and accompanying pictures of them being the lap cats that they are. We will definitely request her services in the future for housesitting and pet care. Thank you, again, Kylie!
