Caitlin is very professional and patient. She cares about our cats and gave them so much love! All my cats love her. She always gives many photos and detailed feedback. I would definitely ask for her availability at first in the future if I need a cat sitter.

It was our first time using Rover and we had such a wonderful experience because of Emma. She was always on time and very quick to respond. We had peace of mind during our vacation knowing that our cat Dubu was in good hands. We'll definitely be booking with Emma again in the future.

Caroline took such great care of my two cats while I was on vacation. You can tell she really loves cats and knows a lot about them. She sent me text updates with photos everyday so I could see how happy they were. I was almost afraid they wouldn't want to come back with me when I returned since they clearly had a good time with her :) I'll definitely be asking Caroline to look after them when I go out of town in the future.

Shaye was extremely attentive and caring towards our senior cat! We left Oscar in their care for about a week and you can tell that a bond slowly formed and he was excited for each and every visit! We also got some great photos of our boy every visit!

Jasper is someone who truly has a way with animals! It was my first time leaving my recently rehomed cat alone and I was super nervous since she can be a little picky and has some abandonment issues. Jasper took great care of her! He was super responsive and sent amazingly detailed daily reports that not only showed she was well taken care of but showed that both of them had bonded a little bit over the 10 days! Jasper also went above and beyond to restock her on litter and despite having a long commute over was super communicative if his commute was running long. Will definitely be working with Jasper again and I highly recommend him as he is truly committed to animals and is also a lovely person!

You can tell Cassie really cares about animals. She took great care of ours. She left us good notes indicating what was going on. She left the feeding area very clean. Will definitely use her again

Anna is truly amazing! She would pick up on my kittie habits and communicate with me very promptly when she feels there may be an issue - no matter how small or big. I really appreciated her attention to detail. Overall, Anna's communication is so timely, clear, and thoughtful. And I think that's a strength like none other. My cats also loved her, I don't think they even missed me. I normally feel bad asking the sitters to send me pictures because personally I think it could be a tad bit annoying, but Anna would send me pics when they are being particularly cute or show me how my cats are cuddling with her non-stop! TL;DR, I am traveling for a wedding next weekend, and I already reached out to her to see if she could help me again. I hope Anna can be my kitties' loving and caring aunt forever! Please don't move from NYC!

Grace was great with our two cats. She was very dependable, easy to communicate with, and clearly loves animals. We really appreciated the updates, and it was such a relief knowing our cats were in good hands. Came home to happy cats—would absolutely book Grace again!

Yiyi took really good care of my two cats! She’s extremely caring, loving and detail oriented. She noticed the water fountain was a bit dirty and proactively cleaned it. She provided detailed check-in updates and took great pics of the cats.
