She was so understanding with all of my weird and quirky requests for our special needs kitty, and was able to pill him with ease. She sent detailed updates after every visit with super cute pics. Her care was a great relief- it made our vacation much more enjoyable knowing our furry kids were in such good hands!
Charlotte did a phenomenal job! We had pictures and a short report from every visit and knew our fur babies were well cared for while we spent a few days away. Our cats were both happy and so were we! We will definitely be calling on her again next time we need a sitter.
