Dog Boarding in Varina

My husband and I visited Richmond this past weekend for our anniversary and wanted a dog sitter that was close by to where we were staying. We found Angela through her great reviews on Rover, and were so happy we chose her to watch our dog, Mallie, for the weekend! She sent a ton of updates throughout Mallie's stay, lots of photos of their walks, snuggle time, and playing, and let us know if she had any questions regarding Mallie's care. My husband and I were so happy that we left Mallie with such a caring sitter and we will absolutely be booking Angela again for future trips to Richmond.

Raye was fantastic with our anxious dog Oliver. Took great care of him and updated us frequently. I could tell from the photos that he felt comfortable and happy. Thanks Raye!

Our dog loved her stay with Jay! She was accommodating to our drop off and pick up times, followed our requests, and he sent multiple pics daily and that assured us that our girl was not only safe, but having a great time. Highly recommend!!!!

This was Jackie's first time staying with someone other than family, and it went great! Matt sent lots of photos and updates while we were gone and took such good care of her. She had a wonderful time and we hope there are many more stays at Matt's place in her future.

Shay and Jake were phenomenal dog sitters! They took great care of Luna and made sure she had a comfortable stay. Shay communicated with me the entire time and kept me updated on Luna’s progress. She was very reliable and clearly experienced with taking care of dogs. I really appreciated their patience with Luna and dedication. I would highly recommend them!

Jonathan stepped in last minute after another sitter no showed for 2 meet and greets (Ana P.) and was very responsive and accommodating for our situation and some specific needs for my dog (minor daily medication, trouble with stairs) on short notice. Very friendly throughout and felt like he had it all under control. Good updates throughout the stay to ease my mind using a new boarder. No qualms about potentially using again if needed.

Our beloved dog Rocco had a fantastic time at John's. We were delighted to receive pictures of Rocco looking happy and content during his stay. John's friendly and welcoming nature made the whole experience enjoyable for us. We do not doubt that we'll choose John again as Rocco's sitter.

I was very nervous about being away from Baby Jax for the first but Spoiled Pups made it worry free. They keep you very informed and in the loop throughout the day with your babies. There is no other place Jax will ever stay when I have to be away. Thanks for making our first experience a memorable one.

As a Rover user, I encountered a challenge in finding a pet sitter with a clean and suitable space for my pet. However, I was fortunate to come across Sarah, who not only has a lovely home but also possesses excellent interpersonal skills. She, along with her adorable baby, warmly welcomed my cat Roxxy into their family. Throughout Roxxy's stay, Sarah sent me pictures of her, which was greatly appreciated.

Abby watched our dogs over the weekend and was very understanding to our needs and hospitable to our dogs. She sent us pictures everyday and kept in contact with us, letting us know how they were doing. We couldn't have asked for a better pet sitter and will definitely book with her again.

I literally cannot leave a review that would be glowing enough to describe Mallory. We have a geriatric dog that is nervous. Mallory was patient and kind with him. She sent us lots of photos knowing that I was nervous to leave my babies with a new sitter. Our dogs did very well and Mallory provided caring and excellent customer service.

My fiancée and I had to leave town for a funeral at the last minute and we did not have arrangements for our 2 dogs. Amber was so helpful to us in such a desperate time! The dogs love the spacious fenced yard. We are so grateful to have found her and she will be our go-to for all our future sitter needs!

Dylan and Alex have been absolutely great! We left both our dogs with them for almost 3 weeks and they had a great time. Moreover Dylan has been so accommodating and helpful as our travel situation changed and even helped us extend and find options. Very good with regular updates and overall a great sitter! I would recommend Hilary and husband 200%. She was wonderful and gave me great peace of mind while we were away. At the meet and greet she asked great questions to really get to know what Gracie liked and didn’t. She sent me many pictures of her during Gracies stay. Took her on walks and to the dog park. It was more than I expected, we will definitely use Hilary whenever we need to go away again! Thank you so much for kindness and great care to Gracie.
