Sylvia was lovely! We had a very last minute trip and many complications on the way home. We rebooked our return date while we were away and then our flights got cancelled and delayed on our way home. Sylvia was very flexible and helpful! She setup an initial interview. When she came to my house, she asked very detailed questions to make sure that she understood what my 2 dogs needed. About a week later, we did a paid day trial. She was onetime and took good care of the dogs. She took them for a long walk and played with my larger dog in the basement for extra exercise. The dogs accepted her as the care taker for the day and I will be booking again in March for a longer trial.
