Dog Boarding in Wakema

I can not say enough amazing things about Jennifer and her family!!!! She and her family met us before we went out of town and introduced Lacey and Brody to her home. With Brody being somewhat of a special needs character, I was really nervous about the situation (The last time he was boarded at a traditional boarding place, he came back with additional problems). She made all of us feel welcome!!! She has great experience and made our dogs her family!!!! Everything went so smoothly. I am so thankful that we found her and her family and definitely recommend to anyone in need of a pet sitter!!!!

Flexible with drop off and pick up. My dog loved being there, I can tell. Thank you for a great weekend where I didn't have to worry about her!

Liz was wonderful! I needed a dependable person to take care of our dog, Freda for a day while in town for a conference. She made time for a meet up the day we arrived and had the dog sense connection I was looking for. I felt very comfortable leaving Freda in her care as her personality and professionalism was what I was looking for. Liz did everything I would do along with taking extra time for a long walk. Freda came back a very happy pup. I would definitely use her again when in town.

Amanda and Scott are amazing. They made us feel very comfortable in leaving our 6 month old puppy in their hands. Our puppy made a friend for life with their dog Walter.

This was my first time using Rover to board our three fur babies. I was nervous about the process, but Jay helped ease any worry. We were able to do a meet and greet at the house so I could see where they would be and for her and our fur babies to get a chance to get to know eachother. Because of the meet and greet when it was time to leave them for their stay, they felt right at home. She kept me updated multiple times a day, sending videos, pictures and messages throughout the day. The space was very clean and orderly. It shows she really cares about the quality of her business and her fur babies wellbeing. They may not be able to come with you on every trip, so it can be hard to leave them behind, but the thought of having a clean and safe environment to leave your “family” is priceless. I was able to enjoy my vacation and have peace of mind knowing they were safe!!! Thank you soooo much Jay🙏🏽

As a Rover user, I encountered a challenge in finding a pet sitter with a clean and suitable space for my pet. However, I was fortunate to come across Sarah, who not only has a lovely home but also possesses excellent interpersonal skills. She, along with her adorable baby, warmly welcomed my cat Roxxy into their family. Throughout Roxxy's stay, Sarah sent me pictures of her, which was greatly appreciated.

Buckley had his first stay and seems to have loved it! Was a happy pup at drop off and pick up! He is looking forward to his next vacation with Stephanie and Max.

Amber was so awesome! She was very understanding during the holidays and she also sent lots of pictures to keep me updated! My dog was very happy being there.

Matt was great with my Henry. I got timely updates and felt very comfortable leaving my co-pilot with him. Henry was super happy when I picked him up. I will definitely board again.

Ethel Mae loves Jessica and Charles so much, when we came to pick her up, she turned around and tried to get back into their house instead of our car. Yes, we had hurt feels. But, knowing how much Ethel adores her “proxy” parents and furry siblings makes us 100% calm to leave her. Thanks again for temporarily adopting our girl.

Lyra and Scott did a wonderful job communicating with me of my timid and ultra defensive dog. It was her first time overnight with a non fam member and despite her being a little fiesty, they continued to attempt to ease her up and also messaged me along the way. Super responsive

Jennifer watched my dog Daisy for a week. She sent pictures and updates every day! Daisy seemed happy to be there and I felt confident leaving her with Jennifer! I hope Jennifer can watch her next time we go on vacation!

Hannah is wonderful. She was able to take my dog at the last minute. She took wonderful care of Kaycee.

I had my boy, Cody, stay with Sheva for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Sheva gave my boy great care and she sent photos of Cody so I could see he was doing well. Sheva has 3 dogs of her own which are super friendly and it was nice that Cody had other dogs to keep him company. I will definitely have Sheva watch my boy for future trips.

Raye was fantastic with our anxious dog Oliver. Took great care of him and updated us frequently. I could tell from the photos that he felt comfortable and happy. Thanks Raye!

Ellie did great with our puppy. We are so grateful she was available to watch him during a very busy weekend, and will definitely use her again!

Ciara is amazing! I have never felt ok leaving my boy with anyone until now!!! At drop off I just knew she was great and Jax would have a good time! All of the pictures and updates were perfect and made me so happy to see him having such an awesome time! I was afraid he wouldn’t want to come home with us.

They were amazing!! They were so kind to me and my pup. My pup is my everything and I had so much comfort in knowing she was well taken care of and loved! I got to see videos of her having a blast with their dogs, running around and going on the trails. I’m so appreciate of their help watching my girl while I was away! 100% recommendation!!!

Donetta was amazing in her care for my senior dog Chrissy. She was very knowledgeable about her medical condition, she understood the level of attention that my dog would need, and she regularly kept me posted on what her activities were. I had no worries about my dog’s safety, and I was even able to relax while I was away. When I picked her up, she was relaxed and content. I would gladly recommend Donetta’s services, especially if you have a senior, or a pup with health issues. She’s so accommodating and so pleasant, and I will absolutely be using her again. Thank you so much Donetta for your help, you’ll be seeing Chrissy again soon!

Peyton went above and beyond. My dogs are not used to boarding and my female gave her a run for her money. Thank you for doing a great job and handling more than you bargained for.
