Went to Williamsburg for Christmas week with family and realized the hotel had a weight limit on dogs allowed and all boarding places I called were all booked. I was able to book with Victor and Abigail and just by reading the great reviews, I felt at ease that Braxton will be well taken care of and have a great time. Victor was great with Braxton and sent me videos of Braxton every day. They even let Braxton use the new large crate they bought for their doggies. It was 45 min away from the resort so I was able to spend some time with Braxton and they let me use the trail on their land. I was worried Braxton wasn’t gonna get in the car when I came to pick him up because he got to play with other dogs everyday which he loves and got to be outside more. I highly recommend Tails and Trails for boarding your best bud. Thank you for taking good care of Braxton.

Teona & Louelyn provided excellent care and attention to my large senior dog. Communication was excellent, including photos during her stay. I'm sure we will be back! Thank you!

Our pups LOVED their time with Amanda and Scott's family! We felt so at ease with them there- knowing they were being spoiled in all the right ways! Amanda's communication was prompt and thorough, and we loved our daily updates. We look forward to boarding our pups with them again soon!

Jessica was absolutely amazing!!! She kept in contact throughout Kota's entire visit. Jessica sent pictures and video to keep me updated on his stay. Jessica is a very kind and friendly women. Extremely down to earth and approachable. I never once felt like it was a bother to text her throughout his visit. I felt like Kota was staying with family. She was so loving and caring of all of his needs. I would definitely use her again and again!!!

Stephanie and Max were great with my two dogs! I contacted them with very short notice and they were accommodating. Stephanie sent videos and pictures of them all having a great time!

Karen was fantastic with my pup! He got lots of love and playtime with her dog, which we appreciated. Very happy as a first-time Rover user.

Sheva was so great with our dog. He has anxiety sometimes, so she sent tons of pictures and even a video clip to show how he was settling in at her house. When we picked him up, he wasn't stressed or sad like he had been at other places. We will definitely be going back.

Brandy was great! She kept me informed of everything going on with my pup and sent lots of pics. Koe loved her (and her pups) and we will absolutely be boarding with her again :)

Evie a Chad are just the most amazing human beings ever!! My dog, George, can have some pretty severe seperation anxiety when he stays with sitters, but evie and Chad went above and beyond to make him feel safe, comfortable, and loved. He only wanted to sleep in the living room the first couple night, so they literally slept on the couch so he wasn’t lonely! George also got along great with their dog Wade, and even slept in his bed LOL! I could not recommend them any higher and I will absolutely be asking them to watch George again!

Alana cared for my fur babies the way I care for them! What higher praise can there be? Since I was from Atlanta, there was no way to do a meet and greet prior to the stay. After speaking with Alana on the phone several times, I felt she would take great care of my babies and she had the commitment to make it work! It takes a special dog person to be able to acclimate 2 dogs into your household immediately without there being any repercussions. Alana did everything right. My Jackson was a little anxious being in a new environment but by the 2nd day with Alana's patience and love he had settled in for his pet-cation! Coco - well Coco is just one sweet, calm cookie so she did great too. I would definitely use Alana again and again. You can feel confident your fur-baby will get the best care, attention and love when they stay with Alana.

Like last time, Nicole was fantastic with our fur baby. Always sending pics and sharing cute stories of her while we were away. I really trust her and her family, and she’s so flexible and friendly. Looking forward to more stays!

It was obvious from the meet & greet, Kyle & Leidy just love the dogs. She works from home and can be with the dog/s all day. The bonding between them and our Lab/Beagle mix -- Rusty was obvious from the beginning. They took care of Rusty as we had to travel overseas because of a family emergency. Rust stayed with them almost a month. Throughout the duration, they maintained good contact with us with regular pictures, videos and any changes in Rusty's routine which involved frequent but short walks. In the process Kyle& Leidy bonded with Rusty and Rusty with them. We were able to cut our trip short by about a week or so. They were flexible and kind enough to make prompt changes to the original contract so we could get the money back for our unused services. Considerate that we were jetlagged from an international trip, they were nice to drop Rusty at our place -- although they were not expected to. As they were ready to leave, it was obvious that Rusty followed them to the car and did not want them to leave. He really bonded with them. I believe they are new to Rover but not to dog sitting. We were their first client and would like everyone to know that you shall be extremely pleased with their service which they do as if it was their religion. They are our dog sitters in the Centerville/Leesburg area and they should be yours.

Ciara is an angel on earth!! My dog George was far more anxious than I ever expected when I left him, and Ciara was the most kind and patient she could possibly be! I could not recommend her more highly! I don’t think you could possibly find anybody else other who cares so much for your dogs safety, happiness and wellbeing!!

My dogs were part of the family. Not locked up and doing great. This is why I use Rover vs. dog hotels.
