I was very pleased with Jocelyn's Drop-In visits while we were away. She was great at keeping me informed of her daily visits by both texts and photos while caring for our cat, Dexter. She was very professional and performed all items that were listed. I felt comfortable and relaxed having her supervision while on vacation.

She took the time to learn all about our cats’ quirks, feeding routines, and favorite playtime activities, ensuring they felt right at home in her care. Sammi went above and beyond, sending us daily updates with photos and videos that made us smile and kept us worry-free while we were away. Tiny Kitty, who can be a bit shy, warmed up to her quickly, and Merlin was clearly smitten, purring away in every picture! The house was spotless when we returned, and the cats were happy, healthy, and relaxed—a true testament to Sammi’s attentiveness and care. Her communication was prompt, professional, and always cheerful, which made coordinating everything a breeze. It’s clear Sammi has a special talent for pet sitting, and we feel so lucky to have found her. Zeigh took excellent care of my cat! She sent me pictures daily. My cat plucks clumps of hair out when stressed and he did not do it the whole time Zeigh cared for him-14 days. That shows she made sure he felt safe, loved, and all his needs were met! I couldn't be more happy with her and highly recommend her as a fur baby caregiver.
