Dog Boarding in West Point

Teona & Louelyn provided excellent care and attention to my large senior dog. Communication was excellent, including photos during her stay. I'm sure we will be back! Thank you!

I think our Daisy had so much fun with Stephanie and Callie Sue that she might have just stayed forever! Stephanie sent tons of photos of the dogs together at both playtime and naptime, which my kids loved seeing. It was nice knowing that our pup was in such good hands, that she had lots of walks, and that she was well cared for while we were away. Thanks Stephanie and Max!

Amanda and Scott were so great with Pepper. She stayed 5 days and had an awesome time. Lots of play with their pup and we could tell our Pepper was immediately part of their family. Daily updates with pictures and extremely responsive. Amanda even gave great recommendations on things to do in the area. I highly recommend Amanda.

Lyra & Scott were great! We booked our puppy, Maly, with them for a Sat-Sun stay; however, I had a death in the family and needed to drive down to GA on Tuesday. Monday I messaged them, and they did not hesitate to accommodate the extra nights. The daily updates and pictures wereceived were great & we could tell our Maly girl was enjoying her time with them and their kiddos. 100% will reach out to them first for any future boarding needs! Our dog did very well with Jennifer. He got lots of exercise in an enclosed area. She sent us pictures often as a status update while we were gone. We will use her again when we need someone to board our dog.

Ciara was wonderful! Our dog became part of the family, and I know she was happy and well-cared for during her stay. Ciara has great communication, sent pictures and let us know how she was doing. Highly recommend Ciara!

Paul and Terri did an amazing job watching our dog. They were very communicative. Their house is incredibly clean and set up well for boarding. Their cats got along great with our dog. Would rebook again in a heartbeat!

Leaving your dog with someone for the first time is kinda scary. To top it off , I was doing it in a state where I was visiting friends. Thankfully , it was the best decision ever. I was pleased with Jay and how she cared for Marco. She often sent pics and videos to keep me updated. She took him out for plenty of walks and he got the exercise that young pups need. I would refer her to a friend and I would also use her services again when Im in the Henrico area !

Madelyn was able to accommodate us at the last minute. She took care of our 2 dogs and updated us with pictures.

Brittany and her family were great with Peewee! He enjoyed staying with them and playing with their dog, They are caring and loving. I appreciate her updating me on how Peewee was doing and sending me pictures. Brittany and her family are the BEST! I highly recommend booking with her!

Jared is an awesome sitter! He’s very attentive and caring. During Peanut’s stay, Jared provided updates and pictures which made me feel at ease about being away. I’d highly recommend using Jared as he is caring and loves cats! A+++++ sitter!

Kona had his first multiple night stay with Maggie and her family recently. We are most grateful for her patience and understanding of this boy who loves to be with us. She and her family gave him several walks which he always enjoys. Special thanks to Maggie’s children for the attention they gave him. We were very pleased with Kona’s stay.

These two are absolutely amazing! Our dog ended up having surprise puppies while boarded at their home and they handled the whole situation so well! I’m so grateful for all they did for our dog and her babies. The communication through the whole situation was amazing! Over the top care and service! Thank you again!

Hazel was an exhausted, happy pup when we picked her up from her 10 night stay with Becca! We have never left her anywhere before, but she settled right in and had a great time. She met new dog friends and had lots of playtime with them. Becca has a wonderful fenced in yard that gives them lots of room to run around. We had no issues and will use her services again if need be.

Crystal was very thorough about getting to know Justice and his daily schedule. Her communication was prompt, pictures were sent throughout his stay, and he seemed at home and like he'd had a great time at pick-up. I would definitely use her service again and recommend her to others!

Evie and her family did a wonderful job keeping Sully while we were away on vacation! She sent lots of pictures and updates. We could see not only how comfortable he was but how happy he was with her and her family. He loved hanging out with their dog, Wade, and had fun chasing tennis balls and playing tug of war with him. It was a fantastic experience all the way around and we will definitely be booking with Evie again when the need arises!

We love Sarah! She takes such great care of my pup Luna, sending photos and updates! Plus she is very flexible with schedules, when we got stuck in a snowstorm she was able to extend the stay. Highly recommend!

This was my first experience using a Rover, and Ashley did not disappoint! My dog was tuckered out when we picked him up and was a very happy boy!
