Dog Boarding in Whitehall Acres

Zach really knows his stuff. I have a 1 year old Aussie I got from the shelter less than 2 months ago. He was willing to board her even though we know she can be a handful sometimes. He gave great tips to help with her training and there was plenty of opportunity for her to get her energy out with other dogs around, which we don't have at home. The only downside of Ari's visit is that there are many dogs around and whatever items you bring for your dog may get lost or dirty, just remember to ask for them. I know Zach is working on getting more help to oversee the boarding part of his services so I'm sure attention to details like this will improve. Overall, Zach was very responsive and helpful and we will definitely be back!

Elizabeth and Denton were so good to our SweetPea. We felt so comfortable leaving SweetPea for the night. We were given updates on how she was doing through the day with pictures and videos. Vida and Roxie are great playmates and the setup is perfect!

We were so nervous to board our beagle Daisy as she is shy around strangers and very skiddish but from the second we dropped her off Amy was nothing but patient and loving with her! Every day we were sent pictures and updates about our girl and Amy did everything to make her feel at home. I could see that after a few days Daisy was comfortable and playing around with the other dogs. I am so happy to have found somewhere I can trust to leave Daisy when we go out of town. We will definitely be back!

Squiggy had a wonderful time with Jenna! He came home happy and relaxed. Her back yard and patio is a great set up for dogs who like lots of time outside. Easy communication. We will be back!

Great sitter! She updated me that everything was fine, sent pics, I utilized in home sitting and there were no issues with other dogs/toys. She was amenable to my needs Ruth drop off and pick up. Highly recommend!

Myra was amazing! She was very flexible with drop off and pick up times and kept us informed the entire time with a lot of pictures. She loved our dogs as if they were her own and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to watch your pups. I would give her more stars if I could!

Milo had a great time with Paula and immediately started playing with her other furry friends! We like Paula’s laid-back and welcoming vibe. She took care of Milo’s medicine needs and made him feel at home. She sent us photos and replied promptly to our questions. If your pet loves to play a lot and snuggle a lot, I recommend Paula!

We have done a handful of boarding sessions with Jennifer and each session has been great! We will absolutely continue to use her for future boarding sessions!

Cassandre took wonderful care of our Teddy while we were vacationing out of the country. He unexpectedly developed an ear infection and Cassandre noticed and recommend he go to the vet. He did have an infection in both ears. I am so grateful that she noticed he was not himself. She kept us updated and sent lots of pictures. When we picked him up he was wagging his tail!! Teddy will be excited to come back to Cassandre and her sweet family.

Laura took very good care of our dog. She kept me updated on her status and sent pictures. I would book again with Laura and recommend her to my friends.

Once again my dog Jax is well taken care of and always happy to see Matt. I think he enjoys his stay and play time with the other dogs there. Thanks again Matt!

Our dog’s stay was so awesome! He loved the whole experience. It was our very first time boarding and it felt like he found a second home. We are definitely using Lucky again and will even do so when we are in town for our dog to have a little “staycation”! We highly recommend Lucky for anyone looking for dog boarding.

Robin is wonderful!!! Our pups came back happy and sleepy 😂 She is an encyclopedia of dog/owner knowledge and anyone would be more than lucky to have Robin take care of their four legged friends. Thanks again Robin!! We will talk soon

Cyndi was excellent with Gigi. She sent pictures which I thoroughly enjoyed and they helped to keep me relaxed. I would definitely recommend her and look forward to using her again!

Katina did such a great job with my pup, Ziggy! She communicated when appropriate, was responsive when I had questions, and an overall delight to work with. They have a wonderful space for dogs at their home. Ziggy came home happy, healthy, and tired. Couldn't ask for more! Highly recommend!!

Sheri took care of Tyson for a week. I am always anxious about leaving my baby, but the initial virtual meet and greet with Sheri helped put my mind at ease. My daughter had also used her in the past. Sheri was interested in learning about Tyson and his routine before he arrived. When we arrived, there was a welcome sign with Tyson’s picture on it. 😊 She sent pictures 3x/day. I would’ve like to have seen some videos of walks and interactions. He was definitely loved on by Sheri and her two teens. He attended her work Zoom meetings. He’s a window watcher, so she created a space for him to be able to do so. There was some misunderstanding with feeding, as my boy is picky, so I use wet food as a “topper,” mixed with his dry food. I was concerned when he returned with 90% of his dry food. (I sent enough for 2 servings/day for 9 days. His stay was for 7 days.) I reached out after pick-up, and Sheri did explain how she modified his feedings. We also received a nice thank you card with Tyson’s picture in it. Very thoughtful and appreciated!

Don't think twice before booking Utsav & Jenisha to care for your fur-baby!! They boarded my 7 year old Maltipoo for almost a week... And they were amazing at every turn. From the moment we met they were awesome with keeping communication open and flowing. They sent tons of pictures while we were away... And updates galore! Made leaving our precious pup so much easier. They knew we were nervous and made us feel so at ease. We will 100% be using them again!!!

Denise is wonderful! We can relax and have no worries about our Jack while we are away. It is very comforting to know we have someone to take care of Jack if needed.

We love Dawn! When we go on trips and our pup stays with Dawn, we are care free! He comes home tired out because he just has so much fun during his stays with her! 10/10 recommend to any dog looking for a place to stay and play!

Ramiza was amazing! She was very communicative and took excellent care of my cat. The best part were all the pictures and updates she sent daily. Would definitely ask her to watch him again!
