Cat Sitting in Willow Springs

Cynthia went above and beyond taking care of our two cats, one who is elderly and needs medicine daily. One of our cats also tends to go to the bathroom outside of the litter box, and Cynthia did a great job cleaning up after her. She was in communication each time she came with Rover cards and responded immediately when I asked for some changes to the instructions I had provided, carefully making sure she followed them. My cats were in such great hands with her and I wouldn't hesitate to book her again.

Carole was amazing with our three kitties! Our youngest kitty is a monster during feeding time she was able to get him and other two fed. She also got our shy kitty to warm up to her. I will absolutely book her again when we need someone to watch our babies.

You can tell Cassie really cares about animals. She took great care of ours. She left us good notes indicating what was going on. She left the feeding area very clean. Will definitely use her again

Riley was great with Hank! He gets so lonely, and she made sure to take the time to give him love and pets during her visits. Riley was really good about the updates, and let me know in detail how things were. I know that Hank liked her, because he would meet her at the door every day.

It was our first time using Rover and we had such a wonderful experience because of Emma. She was always on time and very quick to respond. We had peace of mind during our vacation knowing that our cat Dubu was in good hands. We'll definitely be booking with Emma again in the future.

Caroline took such great care of my two cats while I was on vacation. You can tell she really loves cats and knows a lot about them. She sent me text updates with photos everyday so I could see how happy they were. I was almost afraid they wouldn't want to come back with me when I returned since they clearly had a good time with her :) I'll definitely be asking Caroline to look after them when I go out of town in the future.

Yiyi took really good care of my two cats! She’s extremely caring, loving and detail oriented. She noticed the water fountain was a bit dirty and proactively cleaned it. She provided detailed check-in updates and took great pics of the cats.

Macie was so great! I made a request a bit last minute and she was able to drop in and give my cats some love and attention. I really appreciated it - because I am a worry wart! She sent pics and made sure theor food dispenser and water fountain were working. I know they were happy having somebody stop by. Thank you again, Macie!
