Diana was able to coax our shy cat out from her hiding place. She's the first pet sitter who's been able to do that. From all the adorable photos Diana sent, we could tell that our cat was getting comfortable with her. Diana was also very communicative. She sent thorough updates after each visit and responded quickly when we texted. We will be hiring her again and wholeheartedly recommend her to everyone else. She's wonderful!

It was our first time using Rover and we had such a wonderful experience because of Emma. She was always on time and very quick to respond. We had peace of mind during our vacation knowing that our cat Dubu was in good hands. We'll definitely be booking with Emma again in the future.
