Dog Boarding in Windsor

I am so pleased with my experience with Rachel. She kept me informed the entire 4 days with messages and pictures of how Benjis day was going. She also went above and beyond to get me resources to help us in the future. Im really grateful for the love that was shown to my big boy. He's definitely a handful lol I dont trust many ppl but I felt so comfortable leaving him. I knew he was in great hands. 10 out of 10 no questions!

Lisa is fantastic! She took great care of my 2 dogs. I was nervous about leaving them, I’ve never had to travel without my dogs before, but Lisa sent lots of updates and plenty of pictures which put my mind at ease. She’s awesome!

EXCELLENT SERVICES. Hubby's fur baby easily took to Vania and her family. This gave my husband great ease since it was Kemet's 1st experience staying away from home. Vania sent pictures and kept us updated throughout the week which was very helpful. She has the most amazing energy and was super great with our highly energetic, 9 month old, already looking like a miniature horse, German Shepherd🥰. We highly recommend her and will most definitely book again!!!!

Left my fur babies in the care of Whitney while on 3-day adventure pre-ride gearing up for the Department of Virginia Legacy Ride. We didn’t get the opportunity to do an initial meet and greet, but my boys Mid-Night and Rex Jake were very welcoming. They accepted Whitney as if they had already known each other. Whitney commented, “it was like they were not even here; they were so quiet and didn’t even bark,” Wow! Whitney and her little girl showered my fur babies with lots of love…My Mid-Night and Rex Jake are really looking forward to their next stay. Thank you, Whitney, for taking such great care of my boys. You are awesome!

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Melody and Matthew are AMAZING! Very friendly, answered quickly and were super warm and inviting. I never worried for a second about my 2 dogs. My one is very skiddish and gets scared easily around new males and instantly went right up to Matthew for all the pets that he could get. I will definitely be booking with them again in the future!

I truly appreciate Megan more than words can express. My mom passed away last year, and she was the only person who ever kept my dog, Brownie. So finding someone new to care for him was really emotional for me. From the moment I met Megan, I could feel the love and warmth she gives to every animal she cares for — it was so comforting. During Brownie’s stay, Megan sent me pictures and updates, and I could tell he was genuinely happy and having a great time. She treated Brownie like one of her own fur babies, which meant the world to me. I’m beyond grateful for her kindness and care. I’ll definitely be returning for Megan’s services — and I’m even thinking about scheduling some play dates for Brownie too!

James took great care of our dogs! He paid attention to all their special needs and made sure to give them great care. They seemed to have had a great time with him!

These two are absolutely amazing! Our dog ended up having surprise puppies while boarded at their home and they handled the whole situation so well! I’m so grateful for all they did for our dog and her babies. The communication through the whole situation was amazing! Over the top care and service! Thank you again!

Amanda did a great job of watching my two 80lb golden retrievers, one of whom has anxiety. They seemed to enjoy her dog with no issues observed. Amanda kept us informed and sent pictures to assure me that our dogs were doing well. She is very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Kimberly was a perfect match for our pup. She understands how quirky dogs can be and accommodates their needs. She is incredible friendly and professional. Her kids also love dogs, so there is no shortage of affection in her house. So relieved and happy to have found her on Rover.

James was so warm and welcoming. He sent lots of pics and updates, and made us very comfortable with leaving chai in his care. I think we’ve found chai a new home away from home.

Sierra was AMAZING! Her care for our Koki was top notch. She made sure all his needs and most wants were met also sending frequent updates and responding quickly. Will definitely book again if I get the chance to!! Thank you Sierra!!

Shanae was amazing! She sent pictures everyday and you can tell she cares about every dog she takes care of even know they’re not hers. Her dog is awesome, friendly and loves playing with other dogs! I can’t say enough amazing things about her!

Kaitlynn was very communicative and sent pictures everyday! Even when I picked Teddy up earlier than expected, she made herself available, which was greatly appreciated.

Brittany was amazing! I got consistent updates and photos, a lot of great reassurance that our puppy was having the best time of his life. He came back to us happy and healthy. :) I will definitely be using Brittanys services again! 10/10.

Jennifer E. was fantastic! She accepted our last minute request to board our 3 month old puppy Buster. She dealt with an upset puppy stomach and may have helped us figure out the underlying cause. She sent pics and texts consistently to let us know how he was doing and spoiled him rotten with cuddle and play times! We would not hesitate to use Jennifer again and she will be my first request sent when we need another boarding!

Our dog Max had another great visit with Maria and Matt! There is always great communication and he is always happy to see them. This is atleast our fifth stay with them and it is always great!
