Katie watched Lucy and Master Oogway for the second time, and we honestly couldn’t be happier. She always goes above and beyond—when we ran out of food or litter for Lucy or greens for Master Oogway, she even picked them up for us when we couldn’t get a delivery. We’re so, so grateful for her. She pays attention to every little detail and sends tons of photos, which made us feel so connected to our pets while we were away. Thanks Katie!

Leslie took extraordinary care of my three (3) cats while I was out of town for two (2) days. Bandit and Patches (7 months old) had never been left alone overnight and Bella (16 years old) needed a little extra care because she tends to hide (and Bandit tries to eat her food). Leslie provided exceptional updates with lots of photos after each visit! It allowed me to focus on my work trip and not worry about my kitties!

This was our first time using Rover. Riley was helpful in explaining how it worked. She watched our cat for several visits for two days. For each visit she sent information on how the visit went. Unfortunately our kitty would run and hide after greeting her so she couldn’t get many pictures. She even went and found him and sat trying to convince him to come out! He ate well during her visits and she was kind to clean up the dirty cat bowls each time! It’s also very comforting knowing Riley has experience working in a vet clinic.

Wow! What a great cat carer! Regan took the time to try & engage my shy boy kitties & was very successful! Other car caters have not been successful, or even tried much? Second, my return flight was postponed from Sunday to Tuesday, & Regan gracefully agreed to add more visits, which is a huge relief!!! Regan also thought to ask about trash pickup ( where to move the can). Another versatile factor is my rush of emails regarding changes when the house cleaner came. Again, Regan gracefully obliged my multitude of requests. Obviously Regan goes above & beyond! I know who will be my preferred choice going forward… could not be more pleased with Regan.

Kara was a great sitter for our cat Mateo. She took great care of him. Played with him and snuggled with him, sent us daily photo updates, and we came back to a nice clean house. Thank you Kara!

Went way out of her way to make sure my kitten was taken care of while I was gone, and did a great job staying in touch with me daily for updates.

Kayla and Demitrius were awesome. They took great care of our four cats over the long holidays. In fact, they really went above and beyond by also feeding a stray cat we've been looking after - they didn't have to do thar but they truly are animal lovers. Our littlest cat is naturally very suspicious but even he had warmed up to them by the end of the holiday. We will definitely reach out to them first every time we need cat sitters.

Elizabeth was very quick to respond and communicative. I really appreciated her coming by ahead of the visit to meet Bell and get an understanding of where everything was stored.

Courtney was very kind and professional. My cats were very well cared for! She took the time to send me really nice updates each day that she checked on them!

This is the second time that Casie took amazing care of my little boy while I was gone! She is great with communication and flexibility as my trip got moved around some! Everything was amazing and I will keep rebooking every time I got out of town!

Highly recommend, we will definitely use Olivia’s services again! Her response time is truly impressive. What really stood out was how thoughtful she was with her updates - not only sending photos, but also keeping us informed about other things around the house. It gave us peace of mind knowing everything was being taken care of while we were away.

Mark was a wonderful drop-in sitter for 3 cats. AND helped us navigate whatever changes in schedule needed to happen as well as assist with an unexpected vet visit. He's a marvel, and very conscientious with logging visits AND a photo every visit!

My husband and I highly recommend Madison. Gabby Girl was happy with Madison. She washed the cat dishes, cleaned the litter box, and even took out the trash. Just note: We would like to use her again possibly in June or July!! :-)

Mandy was fantastic! She was punctual, considerate, and incredibly thoughtful throughout the entire pet-sitting experience. I especially appreciated the regular photo updates, they were super helpful and gave me peace of mind while away. Our kitty was clearly well cared for, we will definitely use Mandy's services again. Highly recommend!

I booked Farah to look after my 2 cats over Christmas break and she did a wonderful job! Both my kitties loved Farah and were obviously well cared for. I have one cat who’s very shy but he warmed up to Farah very quickly. One of my cats required oral medication and the other needed his teeth brushed daily, both Farah was able to do successfully. Her prompt communication also kept me assured while I was away. The house was tidy/clean when I got back; one of my cats has a habit of kicking litter out of his box and Farah was on top of vacuuming it up. Thank you Farah!
