It was nice knowing that our cats were being cared for by someone who understands their particular ways! The updates made it easier for us to be away from them!
Kim was fantastic! Gave lots of updates and pictures of her and our dog enjoying outside time and cuddle time! She is so thoughtful and kind. I could tell when she met my dog how much she loved animals and gave him so much attention. Kim also went over and above in her flexibility with our change of plans and was able to stay overnight and care for our dog and home. Can’t wait for her to come back again!
We’d hire Eliza again in a heartbeat. We needed some help during the day when we were out of town and our overnight sitter was in school during the day. She dropped in on our dogs twice and was timely and communicative! From the photos the dogs looked like they had a great time!
My cat absolutely loved her and sometimes it can take her awhile to warm up to people! She did a great job and I’d definitely book again :)
