House Sitting in Yancey Mills

Isabelle was absolutely fantastic! We had to leave our 2 yr old and 12 wk old pups due to a family emergency and she made us feel so reassured that our babies were in great hands! We stayed in regular communication and Isabelle sent many pictures and videos. We came home to very happy puppies and a tidy home! We were absolutely be calling Isabelle again!

Tessa listened to our dogs needs and our desire for her to spend a lot of time with them. She even came over twice to meet our girls before our trip! We have one very anxious dog and I know this helped our girl feel more at ease seeing Tessa come in our home. We would recommend her for sure!

Danielle was wonderful! Sent me regular check-in texts and photos of my pups who really took to her. My dogs have very different needs (one very old, and one very young!) and she did great with both of them. Also left my house spotless with overnight care! Thank you so much, Danielle!!

Meredith did a great job watching my dog. She was quick with communication and sent updates throughout the week. High recommend her!

Laura is very pleasant and my dog seemed to warm up quickly to her. I heard from my neighbor that she was very prompt and on schedule with walks. I did have to request an update on most days. She did send some cute pictures of my pup to ease my mind on her own . Everything seemed to be ok and she was reasonably priced . My dog seemed to be in good spirits when we arrived back home and due to the weather Laura offered to extend the stay if needed and said I could add a night to book. She was very accommodating.

Dakota is great with our dogs and also does a great job looking after our house. One of our dogs is very old and requires more complicated care, and Dakota goes above and beyond every time!

Nathan was so flexible letting us add an additional night. Frequent videos and updates of our dogs. Our very energetic lab was left very tired after a fun weekend with Nathan!

Bailey was so fantastic! She kept me updated with pictures and videos and took very good care of my baby. I am so grateful that she was able to accommodate the last minute booking, I will definitely book her again for my next trip!

We were so lucky to have Emily stay in our home over Thanksgiving to take care of our dog, Goose, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She was warm, responsible, and immediately attentive to Goose’s routine and quirks. Throughout the stay, she sent thoughtful updates and adorable photos—Goose clearly adored her. She kept him on his feeding and walking schedule, gave him plenty of playtime and snuggles, and treated him like he was her own. Goose can’t wait to see her again!

Star has been a phenomenal and attentive care giver to our pack of 3. Especially with our senior girl who needs some regular meds every day and some extra attention to breaks. Knowing she’s there to take care of them has been a real relief since this is the longest we’ve been away from them in many years. We know they’re being treated with the best care

Michael was a great fit for watching our dogs. He was very responsive while we were away. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a dog sitter!

Tyler took amazing care of my dog! And my house was so clean when I got home. She seemed so happy and at ease, like I had just left and came home from work instead of a vacation. Good communication. He and my dog Pippa got along super well!

Tiffanie is the best. She’s great with our dogs, an excellent communicator, and someone we will always feel comfortable working with. We consider ourselves lucky to have found her.

Mary did a phenomenal job taking care of our pets! Our usual sitter had to cancel, giving us limited time to find someone, but we lucked out when Mary accepted our request. At the meet and greet she was careful to note all the things that would help our pets be as comfortable as possible when we were gone, and posted photos regularly while we were away so we could see how our fur babies were doing. Both pets were given plenty of love and attention and they clearly thrived under Mary's care. She took excellent care of our home as well, which was all the more challenging since an ice storm developed during her stay. We highly recommend Mary and would definitely ask her to watch our pets again in the future!
