Samantha was AMAZING with my anxious kitty! I was nervous to go out of town for almost 2 weeks because my little girl has never been alone that long. Samantha took extra time to make sure my cat felt comfortable and stimulated in my absence, and she kept my place tidy on top of that. Joann did an excellent job taking care of Sadie on her drop-in. We noticed that she even cleaned her food dish. There was no evidence of Sadie accidents. Joann kept in contact with us regularly. She was genuinely kind and caring with Sadie. We highly recommend her.
