She was amazing. Kept us posted on our cat daily with great pics & videos. We came home to a very happy cat. We will definitely use her again to watch our cat.

Haley went above and beyond! A third party had left a vital door open and my cat ventured out - Haley let me know immediately, did all the leg work of contacting Rover's support line, got a fb post going, spent a ton of extra time poking around hiding spots outside and even went out and purchased tuna to coax her back home. It was a scary experience but I'm so glad Haley was there for it and that my cat friend is safely home thanks to her efforts with her daught. First time using Rover and glad I did, the support the company offers in this kind of situation is spot on and beyond what I would have expected!

Faye was great with my cat and even went above expectations to clean his dirty dishes and clean up tracked kitty litter. She’s good with pets and a trusted sitter.

She communicated well from the initial inquiry throughout the entire visit, including sending us pictures of our cat and letting us know how she was doing. Julia has a ton of experience caring for animals and cats especially, and didn't bat an eye when I explained the unusual feeding routine or medicine needs of our cat. Alexis took care of our 2 cats while we were out of town. My husband and I were nervous leaving our kitties with someone we didn't know. However, Alexis was very communicative with my husband and me. She sent many photos and texts about how our cats were doing. We also spoke to Alexis on the phone during our absence from the cats. Additionally, Alexis is a Veterinary Technician. The kitties seemed just fine when we returned from our trip.
