Dog Boarding in East Barre

Only 3 days with Alexandra and her lovely dogs and our pup wants her to adopt him! Are we allowed to complain about our dog loving his babysitter too much?? She's amazing! The daily updates on how he was adjusting put our minds at ease. He was safe and happy-- all you could ask for!

As always, nothing but great things to say about this place. The dogs always come back healthy and happy and well cared for. We got frequent updates and pictures and I love that it's out in the country where the dogs get to go on hikes and swim. They even helped me change a flat tire, in the rain. 5 stars.

Gwynn took excellent care of our younger, energetic dog. Our dog had so much fun she didn't want to leave! She made new doggie friends, explored the farm every day with lots of walks and play time, and got to sleep on the couch! She had a great time. Gwynn responded quickly and also sent us daily videos and pictures during our dog's boarding stay, so we could see how much fun she was having. We will definitely use Gwynn again!

Sarah and her staff Adele and Maple are the best. They welcomed our dog Muddy into their home and treated him like a member of their family. During the time we were traveling she sent us notes, pictures, and videos. This helped us feel assured that Muddy was okay and was actually having a good time. I’m just sorry I can’t add several plus signs to our 5 star rating.

This was a 7-day stay for Milo, the longest ever away from us. He gets nervous when he's not following his regular routine and can have a tough time with transitions. Piper and Pat offered Milo the best home away from home. At first, Milo would not eat but was otherwise happy. Piper treated him like royalty, hand fed him and cooked for him because he would act finicky with his food. I got pictures and updates pretty much everyday and I could tell Piper was truly cared about him as much as I do. Milo is clearly attached to her and Pat and felt really comfortable. He came back home smelling good (thanks for the bath Piper!) and happy and well adjusted. Thanks Piper for taking such good care of my little guy!

Valerie always has a great time with these guys! They’re great about sending pics and videos throughout the visit! Always appreciative of their care.

Jenna sent me daily updates of my pup with pictures included! She was very happy and occupied playing with the other dogs. Jenna was also very responsive anytime I reached out. Will definitely use again! Bailey was in great hands.

Barbara and Darryll are absolutely wonderful and their communication was amazing. My mom used them and they were very patient with us as I was the middle man most of the time. Fenris loved her visit!! Thank you so much and we look forward to being able to have a loving and safe space for Fenris when we are out of town!

Our lab (Bongo) had a wonderful stay with Edgar & Rene. They respond quickly to all communication and were great about a last minute meds change as well as dealing with Bongo's "quirky" stair phobia. Seeing pics throughout our dog's stay was much appreciated. We will definitely bring Bongo back again. Highly recommended.

Kevin and his grayhound Maki did a great job taking care of my dog Zoe. He updated me with a few photos each morning, and was very attentive to her needs.
