Dog Boarding in East Montpelier

This was a 7-day stay for Milo, the longest ever away from us. He gets nervous when he's not following his regular routine and can have a tough time with transitions. Piper and Pat offered Milo the best home away from home. At first, Milo would not eat but was otherwise happy. Piper treated him like royalty, hand fed him and cooked for him because he would act finicky with his food. I got pictures and updates pretty much everyday and I could tell Piper was truly cared about him as much as I do. Milo is clearly attached to her and Pat and felt really comfortable. He came back home smelling good (thanks for the bath Piper!) and happy and well adjusted. Thanks Piper for taking such good care of my little guy!

Sarah and her staff Adele and Maple are the best. They welcomed our dog Muddy into their home and treated him like a member of their family. During the time we were traveling she sent us notes, pictures, and videos. This helped us feel assured that Muddy was okay and was actually having a good time. I’m just sorry I can’t add several plus signs to our 5 star rating.

Only 3 days with Alexandra and her lovely dogs and our pup wants her to adopt him! Are we allowed to complain about our dog loving his babysitter too much?? She's amazing! The daily updates on how he was adjusting put our minds at ease. He was safe and happy-- all you could ask for!

Easy communication and clearly an animal lover, Shannon got bank to me quickly and shared daily updates. I’ll use her again and can give her a fully excellent review.

The perfect home away from home for your pup! We can’t say enough good things about Christina and Jason—they’re simply the best. Our dog is always excited to stay with them, and we love the consistent communication and adorable photo updates. She comes home happy, tired, and clearly well cared for. If you're looking for a safe, loving, and reliable place for your fur baby, look no further—Christina and Jason are your people!

As always, nothing but great things to say about this place. The dogs always come back healthy and happy and well cared for. We got frequent updates and pictures and I love that it's out in the country where the dogs get to go on hikes and swim. They even helped me change a flat tire, in the rain. 5 stars.

Barbara and Darryll are absolutely wonderful and their communication was amazing. My mom used them and they were very patient with us as I was the middle man most of the time. Fenris loved her visit!! Thank you so much and we look forward to being able to have a loving and safe space for Fenris when we are out of town!

Gwynn took excellent care of our younger, energetic dog. Our dog had so much fun she didn't want to leave! She made new doggie friends, explored the farm every day with lots of walks and play time, and got to sleep on the couch! She had a great time. Gwynn responded quickly and also sent us daily videos and pictures during our dog's boarding stay, so we could see how much fun she was having. We will definitely use Gwynn again!

Chad is on top of it! He asked for very detailed instructions regarding the care of our pup and sent numerous pictures each day as well as a map of walks given. We appreciate deeply that Watson was well cared for.

Danielle was wonderful. We had a last minute change of plans and needed to find someone to watch Ozzy while visiting family in the area. She was extremely flexible and kept us updated with messages and pics throughout his 2 night stay. I know he got plenty of exercise because he was exhausted for our long drive home. This was my first Rover.com experience and I am extremely pleased. Thanks Danielle (and AJ)!

Valerie always has a great time with these guys! They’re great about sending pics and videos throughout the visit! Always appreciative of their care.

Jenna sent me daily updates of my pup with pictures included! She was very happy and occupied playing with the other dogs. Jenna was also very responsive anytime I reached out. Will definitely use again! Bailey was in great hands.
