Olivia provided such reliable and amazing care for my kitty, Philo. I was nervous using Rover for the first time but I was beyond pleasantly surprised and relieved once I met Olivia. Olivia was very thorough and communicative - she sent photos, videos, and updates every day while I was away. She was also very attentive to Philo’s wellbeing. Philo is a timid cat but warmed up to Olivia quickly - a true testament to Olivia’s calming presence and energy. I would - without a doubt - recommend Olivia to anyone seeking care for their animals, and I will absolutely be booking with her again for any future trips.

Ben and Laura were so accommodating to my last minute request for Olive. Olive seems to be very happy when I get home after her walks with them. They leave great summary’s and send lots of pictures. I have had them look after olive a few times now :)

Julia did a wonderful job taking care of my cats while I was on vacation! She was very attentive, communicative of concerns and gave them lots of affection while I was away. The litter boxes looked great when I got home and she even brought in a package that was delivered. I highly recommend her!

She was prompt in her communication, came and met our pup before we left, did a great job taking care of him while we were out even despite some inclement weather, and was just a pleasure to work with overall! Sue stayed with our pup for 8 hours at our Airbnb while we were visiting the area. We were so happy our pup had company, dinner on time, and plenty of potty breaks. Sue was right on time despite a crazy blizzard and deep snow.
