Dog Boarding in Ely

Samantha was FABULOUS! Boris had such a fun time, we were worried he wouldn’t want to come home! Much like a toddler going to preschool, coming home dirty is a sign of a day well spent! This was especially true in Boris’ case. After hearing how he played with other dogs out in the yard, knocked over water bowls, and even found a routine with Samantha and her family, I was absolutely sure that we made the right choice leaving Boris with her. Thank you so much for taking such great care of our dog!

Bean had a great stay! We can’t wait to have him visit again when we travel more this summer. We got lots of pictures and updates, and we knew he was in great hands.

Sam took great care of our 2.5 year old GWP. This was our 1st time using them for care and I was super happy. She was very kind and asked the right questions on our first meet up which made me really comfortable. She had my Izzy for 2 days and nights. Whenever I text to ask how they were doing she was quick to respond and even sent me nice pictures without asking. If we are ever in need of pet care again, we will definitely be calling them. Brittany took wonderful care of my golden retriever and my parents’ husky mix at her house while we went to a family wedding! She sent regular updates, including several hilarious photos of them playing outside with a kiddie pool and hose. The dogs were super happy and well cared for!

I boarded my cat Huringda at Isabella's house. Isabella is super communicative and patient. Huringda was very well taken care of by the whole family while I was away, and I received photos of her everyday. I would have Isabella sitting my kitty again when I travel!

Such a great experience! Response time was so quick, Diana's place has a calm and home-y feel to it which all made the comfort of knowing my girl would be well taken care of. Updated as needed, very professional and when I picked up my dog was very very happy and healthy. She even made new friends :) highly recommend!

Toffee (1.8 yr old dog with high energy and curiosity) stayed with Samantha for 2.5 days and she came home happy with good energy. The daily photo/text updates surely helped me remember Toffee is safe and in good hands. I believe Samantha understands owner’s anxiety (or maybe just mine ;-) ) and how to keep pets safe and happy. I appreciate and recommend the service she provides.

This was our first time using Rover and we are so happy we found Christy. The process was easy and Christy let me bring our two Labs over the week before their stay to meet her and her dog Pete. The three of them got along great! While Christy cared for our digs she would send daily updates with pictures. After a day of missing us our dogs had fun getting attention from Christy and her son. Our male Hops had fun playing with Pete and by the end of the stay our 12 yr old girl was playing along with the boy’s . We couldn’t be happier with Christy’s care for our two 4 legged kids. We will use her again!

My dog Cedar had a blast with Meredith while I was away! She came home a happy and well-played with dog. Meredith was exceptional with communication as well. I definitely recommend her and will use her services again.

Gwynn took care of my dog 2 days + 1 night. It seemed to go great. Woods & fields to explore, soft furnishings to occupy, and cuddles during storms. Gwynn wasn’t phased by administering eyedrops.

Jessica was an awesome caregiver to our dog. She went for hikes, very responsive even more proactive with keeping us updated. We felt at ease from the moment we dropped her off.

Katherine was so lovely! She was communicative, flexible when I needed to change my pickup. She took great care of my giant old-man dog and I’d happily board with her again!

Kaley took great care of our dog, and was friendly and kind. The dog came back happy and clean, with a big smile on his goofy face. We will definitely be hiring her again.

Trot enjoyed hanging out with Sarah and Ben and loved playing fetch and running around their beautiful and spacious fenced-in backyard in scenic Vermont. Trot looks forward to the next time he gets to visit!

Joanna is a great dog sitter and her doggo buddy Rhubarb is very friendly. Our dog is usually apprehensive when meeting other dogs but when we approached her tail wagged and we knew they'd get along very well. We've had several great experiences working with Joanna and you should definitely consider hiring her for the peace of mind that your pet is having a comfortable stay while you are away.
