It was my first time meeting Chad, and I immediately had complete trust in him. I was feeling stressed about my trip, and he was SO calm around my dog and me that I felt better instantly. He is a professional but also very affectionate. His first concern is your dog's safety. He kept me updated on his visits and sent pictures. I'm so glad I found Marielle's profile! My dog is a young German Shepherd and can be reactive to other dogs. Marielle takes him on walks, and has had successful encounters with other dogs. She is great at sending video updates along with a detailed Rover card. I feel so comfortable knowing she is caring for my pup. I appreciate her so much and highly recommend!!

We moved to VT in the middle of winter and needed dog care once a day M-F while we started our new jobs and adjusted to our new routine.
