It was absolutely lovely having Abrie and Mike over to look after our 2 kitties for the weekend. We don’t often have friends over, so we loved that they brought their 2 girls over to play, too! Giuliana was so incredible! We last minute needed someone to drop in to see our very needy and social cat while we went to visit our families 8 hours away over Thanksgiving. Giuliana responded so quickly and not only was accommodating over the last minute holiday planning, but also drove to us about 40 minutes away to pick up the apartment keys and meet our cat. She also took such good care of him, sending me pictures and videos each day, and spending more time with him than we had asked - which was such a kind thing to do and made us feel so happy knowing he wasn’t alone for so long. Literally the best and we will definitely use her in the future!!

I was really nervous about leaving my 18 year old cat with someone else but Ariel put me completely at ease. She was so kind and caring with my cat and completely comfortable administering medication and following special feeding instructions. She also sent me great pictures of my pet each day and was very communicative about how things were going. When I arrived home my cat was content and well cared for.
