He’s thorough, conscientious, a good communicator, and funny! We have an old cat, Gus, who is deaf and mostly blind--and he needs encouragement to eat and to use the litter box. Matt came over twice before the booking to make sure he understood the many details that would help Gus be comfortable, happy, and healthy while we were gone. Matt communicated wonderfully throughout the booking, and the house was clean, tidy, and welcoming when we got home. I am so pleased to have found Matt to care for our animals when we travel. Having an animal who needs special care has sometimes prevented me from traveling in the past. It is a huge comfort and relief to have found Matt as a sitter!
