Dog Boarding in Waterbury

Sarah and her staff Adele and Maple are the best. They welcomed our dog Muddy into their home and treated him like a member of their family. During the time we were traveling she sent us notes, pictures, and videos. This helped us feel assured that Muddy was okay and was actually having a good time. I’m just sorry I can’t add several plus signs to our 5 star rating.

This was a 7-day stay for Milo, the longest ever away from us. He gets nervous when he's not following his regular routine and can have a tough time with transitions. Piper and Pat offered Milo the best home away from home. At first, Milo would not eat but was otherwise happy. Piper treated him like royalty, hand fed him and cooked for him because he would act finicky with his food. I got pictures and updates pretty much everyday and I could tell Piper was truly cared about him as much as I do. Milo is clearly attached to her and Pat and felt really comfortable. He came back home smelling good (thanks for the bath Piper!) and happy and well adjusted. Thanks Piper for taking such good care of my little guy!

Natalie and Patrick were great! I couldn't be happier with the care my dog received! The sitter was incredibly professional, attentive, and loving. They kept me updated with photos and messages throughout the week and I got to see the love and care my dog was shown. My dog was calm and happy when I picked her up and I could tell she had a great time with the family. Highly recommend! 5 stars all the way!

The perfect home away from home for your pup! We can’t say enough good things about Christina and Jason—they’re simply the best. Our dog is always excited to stay with them, and we love the consistent communication and adorable photo updates. She comes home happy, tired, and clearly well cared for. Buttercup had a wonderful couple of days with Gwynn. She got lots of exercise and attention; I was envious of the carefree fun she was having in all the pictures!

He was great! Super communicative through the entire process and was flexible with me when my flight had delays. Atlas came home happy, would use again and recommend!

Highly recommend using Mary and her family for boarding your pets! We left our two hounds with her while we went on a trip, and we could tell they were wonderfully cared for and loved. We received great pictures and communication every day, and they got plenty of exercise despite frigid temperatures during their stay. We absolutely plan to use them again in the future!

Our experience with Isaac was positive and we are grateful to have met him! His house is conveniently located off the highway, he was responsive, took the time to learn about our dog and sent photos each day. His yard has plenty of space, includes a nature trail and he has a friendly dog too. My dog returned home healthy and happy. Thank you for a great boarding experience!

As always, nothing but great things to say about this place. The dogs always come back healthy and happy and well cared for. We got frequent updates and pictures and I love that it's out in the country where the dogs get to go on hikes and swim. They even helped me change a flat tire, in the rain. 5 stars.

Michelle was great and accommodating - communicative as well! She sent me pictures and Bella seemed happy and content under her care. I definitely will book her again.

Danielle was wonderful. We had a last minute change of plans and needed to find someone to watch Ozzy while visiting family in the area. She was extremely flexible and kept us updated with messages and pics throughout his 2 night stay. I know he got plenty of exercise because he was exhausted for our long drive home.
