Can’t say enough good things about Janice. She went above and beyond taking care of our two cats. One was very needy and I received multiple pictures of her hugging my cat up on her shoulder. My other cat is very shy but Janice was able to get him to come downstairs, at least partway, most of the time. When it snowed, she had to shovel the path from the garage to the house. I highly recommend her.

The pictures and little notes that Chad leaves about each check-in are very helpful! I like to know the cats are okay when I’m away! I have Chad booked for another check-in this Saturday then I have Chad booked for another weekend later in June! He’s reliable, a good communicator and flexible with my schedule changes/adjustments.

My cat is older and can be a bit grouchy with people she doesn't know as well, and Allison did a great job with her! She (my cat) is also prone to hairballs and Allison dealt with the clean-up like a pro as well. Would recommend her for sure for cat care!!!

Lauren did a fantastic job, would absolutely have her watch our cats again!

We had a crazy week and Julia was so understanding and accommodating! So grateful for her communicativeness and positivity 🙏 will hire her again

Giuliana was so incredible! We last minute needed someone to drop in to see our very needy and social cat while we went to visit our families 8 hours away over Thanksgiving. Giuliana responded so quickly and not only was accommodating over the last minute holiday planning, but also drove to us about 40 minutes away to pick up the apartment keys and meet our cat. She also took such good care of him, sending me pictures and videos each day, and spending more time with him than we had asked - which was such a kind thing to do and made us feel so happy knowing he wasn’t alone for so long. Literally the best and we will definitely use her in the future!!
