This was the first time I've left my cat alone in Pullman, and Rian did a good job assuaging my nerves. She sent detailed updates everyday, and I came home to a happy cat.

Shelley was absolutely great checking in on our two cats! One of our cats was a new addition and she was on time and communicated promptly to us on each visit :) we have used her services on multiple occasions when we’ve traveled and always feel relieved and confident when we can leave our cats in her care!

I was impressed with Sierra upon our first meeting - my cats were at ease with her immediately, and she was attentive to my instructions and asked relevant questions. While I was away, I appreciated the detailed updates of her visits. I had peace of mind leaving my cats and home in her care and will definitely book her again.

Phoebe was so awesome to my guinea pig when I was away for 3 weeks! She really cares about the pets that she sits for and I appreciated her thorough updates each day. I was so happy that she was enthusiastic to care for my guinea pig and provided much love and attention to her. She was diligent in her care of Cinnamon Bun and followed directions. She also helped maintain my plants as well! I 100% recommend Phoebe to care for your pets and will definitely try to book her for my next trip away :)

Norma was great, she communicated regularly with me about what my dog or cat was doing. Norma sent pictures as well. I would definitely use her again :)

Jessica was great! It was a real relief for me that my cat was so well taken care of while I was away. She was also great at communication and keeping me in the loop. It was the first time I left my cat alone for so long, but I could tell he was happy and healthy when I got back.

Mango is great! This is the first time I've used Rover and it was a very positive experience. We had a family member stay at our house while we were on travel, but given his work schedule we needed someone to come let the dogs out midday. We met with Mango before she left and she's very friendly and warm. One of my dogs is standoffish with strangers but he was friendlier with her than most strangers that he meets. She showed up each day when she said she would, and sent brief updates and pictures of each dog. They both liked her a lot, and I think that says a lot! We had a key left under our front mat, and she returned it on her last day. I had no concerns with letting her into my house. I would definitely recommend her and will be using Mango again!

Kelsey did a great job taking care of my cats!! They were happy and well cared for when we got home! She is reliable and punctual. Highly recommend!!
