Cathleen was amazing. I had a very last minute emergency request to walk our dog and Cathleen came immediately to the rescue. Also, while she was out with my dog it unexpectedly started pouring and yet when she came back to drop off my dog she was so positive about the whole situation and even cheerful. It really made my day to start the day with somebody with such positive energy when I was dealing with a minor crisis at home and just desperately needed somebody to help the dog keep his usual routine.
