Jody was extremely responsive and really helped me out in a pinch. Our pet care fell through the day before our trip and she immediately responded and was very communicative during our trip. Zoe was a great communicator and took good care of my two cats. I have shy cats and she was able to connect with them right away. I especially appreciated her notes while I was away letting me know how they were doing but also leaving comments that made me smile about their specific personalities. I would definitely book Zoe again.
Mel and Kelly always go above and beyond. Not only are our cats well fed and happy when we get home, their boxes are clean, our packages have been thoughtfully set aside indoors for us, and we get gorgeous glamour shots of our cats during our trip! We book them before we get plane tickets for every trip we take. They’re the best!
