She’s awesome! Took great care of the cats. Very good communication and received lots of updating pictures. Jocelyn also adapted to my last minute schedule and changes. I’ll definitely call her again.

We are so grateful to Alura for taking on a very last minute job to look after our cats! They were very well cared for and our cats loved her. We have two shy cats who were hiding during most of the check-ins; Alura gave them their space but also sent pictures so we knew they were okay. We will definitely be asking her to take care of our cats again!
