James tried very hard on our shy kitty and sent the photos and notes. This was our first time leaving our cat, and even though she did not want to play, it was very comforting knowing she was doing ok. James communicated very well!

Aria did an amazing job taking care of our two cats while we were on vacation, and we couldn’t be happier with her service. She was incredibly reliable, attentive, and affectionate with our pets, making sure they felt comfortable and loved in our absence. Aria provided regular updates, including photos and detailed messages, which gave us peace of mind throughout our trip. She went above and beyond to ensure their well-being, maintaining their feeding schedule, cleaning up after them, and giving them plenty of playtime and attention. We highly recommend Aria to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter!

Yijun was so sweet with our 2 cats Dan and Debbie. She did a walk through with us prior to the trip, and she was super friendly and seemed to genuinely care about our cats’ schedules and habits. She was super responsive and sent us really in-depth updates every day with videos and photos. She also left us these freaking adorable Polaroid photos of the cats that I found when I got home last night. She definitely raised the bar for pet sitters on this app and will 100% be requesting to book with her again, and hopefully recommend her to others with cats or dogs!

Heather has been amazing with both my dogs. She really takes care of them and genuinely loves dogs! My dogs are very happy to see her each day she walks them. Heather keeps me up-to-date on the days events and sends pictures. I was uneasy using Rover for the first time, but after meeting Heather and seeing how she is with my boys, I would definitely recommend Heather's services.

Zheru did a great job of watching my cat while I was gone for a weekend. She followed my instructions carefully, communicated with the front desk at our building, updated me with any changes or things I should be aware of, and sent many many photos and videos to keep me in the loop. I'm very grateful for her help and would recommend her for anyone looking for a sitter to watch their furry friends.

Anastasiia was wonderful! Friendly, consistent communication. She gave timely updates and our pet was in great spirits when we arrived home after 6 days. We will definitely ask her again if we are in need!

Our cat, Stella, is painfully shy around strangers. When family and friends come over she hides under the cover of our bed. By the last day, Stella was acting exactly like she does with us, bossing Alison around, demanding that Alison follow her around the house wherever she wants to go. Can’t figure out how Alison gained Stella’s trust so quickly.

Jade took perfect care of my cats. She is detailed and thoughtful. She also spent extra time help cleaning the room. Highly recommend!
