Madelyne went above and beyond taking care of my cat. She exceeded my expectations, as well as sent me daily text messages, videos, and pictures of my precious Julia. 10 out of 10 stars for sure. Just prior to leaving on our trip, one of our kitties had to get a couple staples to close up a wound. Maddy provided above-and-beyond care for our ailing cat which allowed us to enjoy are vacation without worrying to much.

Emily was super responsive and helpful, giving excellent care to my two slightly neurotic, anxious cats! She came over prior to our booking to meet my pets and go over care, and kept me updated with how the critters were doing throughout her visits. I felt confident and assured with my pets in her care, and will definitely book again when we need a sitter!

I hired Natalie for seven visits to attend to my cat while I was gone for a long weekend. She was on time for each visits and sent me photographs of my cat Grey Cloud when she completed a half hour with him. He was fed and his litter box scooped as I instructed. This was my first time hiring a pet sitter and it was well worth it.

Jada did a wonderful job watching my kittens!! She kept me informed with everything. I was so happy that she could watch them at the last minute. I’ll definitely be using her services again! Thank you Jada!!

Adrianna was so good with my cat Iroh. He's a shy/picky guy and warmed up to her very quickly. She was also very communicative and shared plenty of pictures :)

We highly recommend Havana for your petsitting needs! Our cat Wayne absolutely loved her. She always responded quickly, and was very careful monitoring and reporting on his medical situation while we were away, which was great peace of mind. She was very sweet and clearly loves animals.
