Autumn has been great to work with! She's been very attentive, compassionate and understanding with my reactive rescue, Theo. He's a complicated animal, but Autumn does a great job keeping up with his personality and his quirks. She also does an excellent job working with me and my weird work schedule. Aiden replied to my request almost immediately and met with me and my 14.5 year old chocolate lab a couple hours later. The next day, he spent over an hour with my pup while I was away. Fantastic service on very short notice!
