I really don’t have the words to say how fabulous Bershka and her family is! They are wonderful people with a genuine love for animals and for helping others. Our cat was so well cared for during her long term boarding, that we were afraid she wouldn’t want to come home! Karolina has been a lifesaver for us this summer. She is very responsive, always sends photos, and is willing to go the distance (figurative and literally—we live pretty far off the beaten path). She took the time to get to know our kitty. I was surprised when Klaire, who is shy, was on Karolina’s lap by the third visit. Thank you, Karolina!
