Rachel is amazing. She went above and beyond to help me in a bind and she was able to adjust seamlessly to what was needed to keep my cats safe and happy. Rachel really has a great feel with animals. Her communication was impeccable and I will definitely be rebooking her for my future catsitting needs.

Claire was amazing to our two kitty babies and we are so thankful for her!! She was so kind, considerate, and communicative. And when one of our cats had an unexpected issue with her eyes, Claire was quick to let us know and to do everything she could to take care of Marcy and to help us make sure she was okay even when we were far away and so worried about her. From the first email to Noella I could tell I wanted my dog to stay with her. Extremely professional and it's clear she has had training with dog care. They have a wonderful area for the dogs and she updated me many times with pictures and video. My dog usually doesn't eat when staying at a new place. Noella had her eating right away and clearly had eased any stress. If I ever need to board my dog again I would with out a doubt return to Noella. Frankly, if she was unable due to a conflict I would seriously attempt to change my vacation. Extremely satisfied customer.
