This was the first time I've left my cat alone in Pullman, and Rian did a good job assuaging my nerves. She sent detailed updates everyday, and I came home to a happy cat.

Wow! Shelley is AMAZING!! I didn't know what to expect from Rover but Shelley went above and beyond my expectations. She recently watched my three cats. She sent thorough updates and it was clear that she took care of them like they were her own. I always get so stressed leaving my babies however Shelley made me feel at ease. Will definitely book with her again. Would highly recommend her!!!!!

Brandi was very flexible when we had some last minute schedule changes and was quick to respond!! It was very much appreciated. Will definitely use her again in the future once our schedule gets more routine

Sierra was wonderful with my cats, they are definitely on the shy side and she really took her time and made a real effort to get to know them and make them comfortable. Sierra was also very communicative and let me know exactly how Atticus and Scout were doing in my absence and sent the best pictures, I wouldn’t hesitate to book her for future services.

Peyton was just awesome with our 2 cats! The one that is really hesitant around people took a real shine to her. She did everything awesome and we were so glad to have her watch our boys

Phoebe was so awesome to my guinea pig when I was away for 3 weeks! She really cares about the pets that she sits for and I appreciated her thorough updates each day. I was so happy that she was enthusiastic to care for my guinea pig and provided much love and attention to her. She was diligent in her care of Cinnamon Bun and followed directions. She also helped maintain my plants as well! I 100% recommend Phoebe to care for your pets and will definitely try to book her for my next trip away :)

We were very happy with our first experience using Sarah to care for our two cats. She was very responsible always showing up at the designated window of time and asking for clarification when something was unclear. Our cats were chill and calm upon our return after 5 nights away. Thanks Sarah!

Norma was great, she communicated regularly with me about what my dog or cat was doing. Norma sent pictures as well. I would definitely use her again :)

Steffanie is awesome! Not only super nice and experienced, but she tired out my puppy fabulously! Lots of play and attention. A definite Rover gem, for sure!

Audrey was outstanding and very sweet. Great communication, thoughtful, responsive, and our animals loved her. Highly recommend.
