Absolutely fantastic. Made sure that both my kitties were taken care of, one of which is required meds multiple times a day. The other kitty Natalie managed to convince to come out of hiding, even though she hates anyone who isn't us.

In short, Taylor is excellent. My cat “Mouse” has some minor medical issues. He requires meds to be given with food, and has some related issues that need specific responses. I gave the basics of his needs in my profile, and then gave more details verbally to Taylor before she took care of him for a few days. During our conversation before care started, she was taking notes, then went over them with me to ensure her notes were accurate. During her time taking care of Mouse, she provided very detailed notes and pictures from her visits. It was clear that she followed my instructions explicitly. She mentioned some things that happened during her visits due to his medical issues, and noted how she responded. It was very comforting to know that she responded correctly, per my instructions, and kept me up to date on how he was doing. It’s clear that she cares about the animals that she takes care of, and knows how to earn their trust. She didn’t push or force herself on Mouse, she gently let him check her out and accept her presence before proceeding to interact more with him. When she interacted with him, she was very perceptive in learning what he likes and doesn’t like. Mouse clearly enjoyed his time with her. Finally, it’s a little scary letting someone you don’t know in to your life and house to take care of your pet. My daughter couldn’t visit as often as needed, and really wanted me to find other friends who could visit Mouse. That’s easier said than done, especially because I travel a lot. After seeing the visit notes and pictures that Taylor provided, Taylor won my daughter over. She could clearly see how well Taylor was taking care of Mouse, and said Taylor took better care of Mouse than she did. I can’t give higher praise than that. I’m looking forward to future trips with Taylor taking care of Mouse.

I couldn’t be happier with the care McKenzie provided for my dogs, Bella and Romeo. From the moment she met them, it was clear she had a natural connection with animals. She was incredibly attentive, responsible, and loving with both of them treating them like her own. McKenzie went above and beyond to make sure they were happy, comfortable, and well exercised while I was away. She kept me updated with photos and messages, which gave me total peace of mind. Bella and Romeo absolutely adored her and honestly, I think they miss her already! If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, kind, and professional to take care of your pets, McKenzie is the one. I can’t recommend her enough!

Mika is great with our cats! This is our third time having her watch them and she does a great job. She is awesome at communicating and updating you with how they are doing. We highly recommend her! She puts all our worries at ease.

Scarlett was so great with all my pets while I was away! She was very attentive and updated me during her visits and went above and beyond to make them more comfortable due to them having some separation anxiety. I cannot thank her enough for everything she did and I would highly recommend her for your pets. I hope to be able to book with her again!

Nicole is amazing and took such good care of skip while I was gone. I really appreciate how much she did for us and did so great with Skips sensitivities to everhthing. I could not have done it without your help!! Would most highly recommend her to everyone! :)

Natalee was great with our pups. She was super responsive, communicative, took great pictures, and our dogs loved her immediately upon meeting her the first time.

Melissa and Joseph did an excellent job. We have a somewhat difficult dog and they won her over at the meet and greet. Everything was taken care of just as we had asked. I will use their service again!

Jocelyn was great! So reliable and sweet to our cats. We’re very appreciative of her for taking care of them while we’re out of town.
